The house is charming. The yard is nice and big, hot tub was clean and worked well, we enjoyed the fire pit. It was fun to just walk over to do a wine and distillery tasting. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We tried to turn on the fireplace which is listed as an amenity, but seems the propane tank was empty.

Rented this property for a weekend when visiting the area for a concert. Location is perfect for the venue, the vineyard across the street is very convenient. Everything was as described and the property was very clean!

The photos of this property don't do it justice. I was pleasantly surprised. This was an excellent escape from the city with every amenity you need to relax and enjoy yourself. The chalet was immaculately clean. Everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Incredible location. It was private yet walking distance to the winery, distillery, and shopping at local boutiques and markets. If you're looking for deep wooded quiet and seclusion, this might not be ideal. We could hear the celebrating at the winery and see the lights of nearby properties through the surrounding trees. But it wasn't that disruptive; we were quite content and still enjoyed enough privacy to allow my dog freedom to roam the property, and complete privacy as we relaxed in the hot tub and at the fire pit. A really cozy and well maintained property. I would absolutely stay here again.

What an amazing property! We loved everything about it from the house itself to the location. It was a great girls weekend place to stay but I can also see it working for families.

Hot tub excellent and new updates great. Always great to have wineries and distillery down the street. Really enjoyed the walking path. New fireplace was also nice. Made the property really cozy. Thanks the Prosperis.

Great location across the street from the Christian W Klay Winery and Ridge Runner distillery. Clean and comfortable house with nice fireplace and hot tub!

We loved this place! Right next to the winery, close to everything but still secluded. The house was clean, the hot tub and other amenities were amazing. They worked with our schedule and messaging them was easy. We plan on making this trip a yearly thing!

Little Summer Getaway

My kids thought this house was so cool. They loved the hot tub and the big yard to play in. Proximity to winery was amazing. Would stay here again.

A lovely time

Spent 4 nights and had a peaceful, relaxing time. House is cozy and close to a variety of things to do. This area of PA is beautiful. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and house

We had everything we needed for our family of 4. We explored waterfall trails nearby and enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the hot tub.

Holiday weekend

This was our second time staying at the chalet. The listing is accurate and the property is clean and peaceful. We walked to the Christmas Shop, the meat market, the winery and the distillery next door. Other attractions and food options are a short drive away. Would highly recommend.
