Pretty fun house. Kids had a great time. Pool is amazing and heated. Carrie is an awesome host. Kitchen needs a little love but other than that the house is perfect. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! Having the pool was the best part for sure and there were so many kids stuff, our 3 children were constantly entertained. We would definitely come here again. The owner, was also an excellent communicator throughout our entire trip!

Family visit w/ daughter living in San Diego

Home was good size for Family of Four with children under 3 and grandparents. Host was communicative and made our stay comfortable. Location very central for activities in San Diego area.

I would stay here again

Would recommend this property to any family staying in San Diego. The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and had all the amenities a traveling family could need and Carrie was easy to communicate with. Next time I travel to San Diego with my family I will be staying at one of her properties!

We were so impressed with the amount of kids toys and how kid-safe the entire house was. This house was clearly designed for parents to bring their kids and everyone to relax and have fun! Definitely coming back!

Kids paradise

What a fantastic place! The kids lived in the pool, splash pad, and hot tub. Carrie is an unbelievable host and made our stay one to remember. Can’t wait to come back.

Family weekend getaway

We had a great time and the house had everything we could possibly need for kids. We had a few issues with the pool but the host responded to me immediately and got anything fixed.

Vacation Stay

The house was amazing. Perfect for children and infants of all ages. Our host Carrie was amazing. She checked in on us andade sure there was nothing that we needed. The house was located in a perfect spot for all the attractions we wanted to see including the airport. Everything was within a 20 min drive!

Water, Sun, and Family Fun

House, saltwater pool, hot tub, and host are GREAT. This was the perfect spot for our family get-together with 4 kiddos ages 10-2. The kids loved the pool and playhouse. The adults loved that it’s only a 15 minutes drive to the beach. We all enjoyed meals on the patio at sunset.

We recently stayed here and our girls (almost 3 and 5) had so much fun playing with the toys that Carrie had on the property and most importantly, they loved the swimming! Carrie was very responsive and also accommodated working with both myself and my MIL because she was arriving earlier. When anything popped up, she addressed it right away. The location was perfect and centrally located between the beach, legoland and the zoo!

Best place to stay if you have kids

What a great rental place!! The location is nearby all the major attractions. There were so many toys ready for the kids to play with as soon as we got there, and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The host was fantastic with prompt communication and made sure our stay went smoothly. Our kids are 6, 4, and 18 months and they did not want to leave. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit with our kids in the future.

Well Equipped Home

This is an excellent home for families with children. The home was clean, updated and well equipped inside and out. The yard, outdoor play spaces and hot tub were perfect at the end of a long day at the beach. I highly recommend!

Fun in the sun

The house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and a 5,6, and 1 year old and they had a blast playing in the pool and in the surrounding pool area. House was very well stocked with toys inside and out and it was very easy to keep them entertained. It seemed like we were only 15 min from all the fun attractions in San Diego so that was very nice as well.

Perfect for Kids!

The kids loved this house and it really did have everything to keep them busy! Books, toys, pool & splash pad were a huge hit. The soft play area was exactly what we needed with a newly on-the-go 10 month old to keep her busy and contained. The location is great as well - perfect distance from the hussle and bussle of downtown and the beaches. The host was very responsive and so great to work with. Highly recommend for those traveling with kids!

House was nice, with a nice backyard view and clean pool. The splash pad on the side of the house was also a nice touch, but not heated. There was plenty of space for all our guests in the house with enough driveway parking for 3 cars. The toys that were there were great for the kids to play with and they had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We opted to have it heated and it was worth it. By the second day, the pool temp was perfect. Unfortunately, the hot tub jets didn't work properly, and only one jet was working. There was a lot of tree needles on the patio that required me to sweep up and clean under patio furniture and around pool. The landscaping could have also used some cleaning as well as the tree needles were everywhere. There were also lots of cob webs under the furniture. The house had everything we needed to cook. However, there was one piece of vinyl flooring in the kitchen that could use to be replaced as it was catching everyone's foot when we walked over it. Overall though, it was a nice property and we had a great time hanging out for the weekend and kids playing in the pool. There was plenty of shopping and stores within 10 minutes which was nice. We had a good stay there.

Wonderful

This was the perfect location for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Equipped with everything needed for day trips (strollers, cooler, beach items) as well as toys for at home. Outside space was fabulous. Pool (puddle jumpers) and splashpad offered a place to relax after sightseeing. Distance to attractions very easy. Carrie was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend to families with young children.

The home was quite a bit smaller, worn and dated than the photos. Didn't meet our expectations for the cost. Area was centralized but getting run down. Check in went smooth, Kitchen was missing basic necessities. Host was communicative though. Just wasn't as advertised.

Perfect place for families

This place was the perfect place for families visiting SD. It seemed like a 15 minute drive anywhere in the city. The house had LITERALLY ANYTHING a child would need - plastic plates, bibs, sound machines, cribs, night lights, kid toilet seats, toys, gated pool, etc. It was a huge relief to travel like that. We stayed here with our 2 and 4 year old girls along with another family (2 adults & one-year old kid). Plenty of room for us all with functional kitchen. Carrie was incredibly responsive and helpful. I wish houses like this existed in more locations - I would travel with my kids more often!
