Maravilla-gebouw TWEE, begane grond UNIT 2103. Gelegen op slechts 30-40 stappen naar het zwembad OF strand ...... altijd minder dan een minuut van uw appartement naar een stoel .... strand of zwembad.

Unit 2103: Dit is onze recent bijgewerkte begane grond unit met graniet en gastvrije inrichting. Handiger dan dit wordt het niet als je kinderen hebt! Je hoeft je strandtas, koelers, boogieplanken of handdoeken helemaal niet te dragen. De inrichting is luxe rustieke kust met de nadruk op "comfort"! Het biedt echt de "WOW" -factor! U kunt parkeren bij uw voordeur en ontsnappen via de achterdeur naar het zwembad of het strand! Dit apparaat slaapt 6 met een kingsize bed en tv in de slaapkamer, een queensize bed in de logeerkamer met een tv en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dit apparaat is erg populair voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. U kunt liggen bij uw deur of het zwembad terwijl de kleintjes slapen. We houden een port-a-crib in de flat indien nodig.

Vraag ons over onze tweede verdieping appartement dat uitkijkt op het zwembad.

Onze appartementen biedt een draadloze internetverbinding en gratis parasol / strandstoel opgezet! Je stoelen wachten op je in het zand dus hoef je ze niet in te pakken!

De accommodatie Maravilla biedt twee zwembaden (een verwarmd), een bubbelbad, tennisbanen, een nieuwe trainingsruimte en een shuffle-bord. Het ligt op 5 minuten van verschillende golfbanen, de Outlet Mall en de nieuwste winkels en restaurants van Baytown Wharf! Vele, vele gasten blijven jaar na jaar voor Maravilla kiezen. Kom kijken waarom! Er is GEEN beter familieresort op de Scenic Gulf Drive.

We had a fabulous time and loved the location to both the beach and the pool. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and had comfortable couches and nice decor. We were surprised the 2nd bedroom was so tiny but it sufficed for two adults and would be perfect for kids! The host was fabulous and always replied promptly to my questions before the trip. The glider and chairs made it easy to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay here again with 3 adults or 2 with kids.

Property was as described. Just steps to the beach and pool. Grounds were very well maintained. Master bath exhaust fan does not work and master bed and bath could use new linens but overall very pleased. Would def recommend and rent again.

We had the best stay at Maravilla in Miramar Beach! The condo was perfect location to the beach and within driving distance (20 min or less) of multiple great restaurants (Camille’s, Fat Clemenza’s, Pompano Joe’s & Boshamp’s were our favorites). The condo is cozy and equipped with everything needed for an accommodating stay! Beds & couches are comfy (plenty of extra throw blankets and pillows) and kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked. Full length mirror behind master bedroom door!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! My husband and I, along with our two fur babies, had the best week!!

This was a lovely experience. It was a home away from home. Plenty dishes, pots, pans cutlery. Everything we needed to eat and cook at home. Coffee was a breeze w ease of using Keurig. Thanks for making this stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this condo with our family and our dog. First, I want to say that the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and we especially loved the outdoor sitting area—it was perfect for relaxing with our dog.Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a significant German cockroach problem. We saw both large and small roaches every night, and it was clear this wasn’t an isolated issue. To protect our food and paper products, I ended up storing almost everything in the refrigerator. I also spent a good portion of our vacation sweeping and killing bugs, which was frustrating and not how anyone wants to spend their time away.To the owner’s credit, he immediately contacted Knox Pest Control, and they came out during our stay. He also refunded us 100 for the inconvenience of having to remain at the condo while the treatment was performed, which I appreciated. However, we continued to see roaches every day through our last night, so the problem was not resolved during our visit.I truly believe the owner cares about his guests, but my recommendation would be for him to temporarily stop renting the condo until the infestation has been completely eliminated. Once that issue is fully addressed, this could be a wonderful place to stay because the location and the owner are both outstanding. As it stands, I can’t recommend staying here until the pest problem has been permanently resolved.

Sadly and unfortunately, this is true. We have owned this condo since 2001 and in 25 years have never heard of nor had any issues with “German” roaches. This came about so quickly and unfortunately exposed on The Sanders week of vacation. We did our research and found out from other condo owners, these roaches are hard to get rid of and monthly treatments are the only way to ensure that this issue will not persist. So, from now on, we are scheduled to have a monthly service with Knox Exterminating indefinitely. Im not sure where they came from, and will never know for certain, but because our ground floor condo is often the “meeting” spot for multiple families that travel together, I'm wondering if they came from another condo? I think that is a strong possibility. Regardless, I am now being proactive and this will not happen again in our condo When Knox sprays they spray under appliances, and cabinets and behind furniture. This is important to me because of pets and children. The application is NOT accessible to humans or pets, and im grateful to know Knox is intentional about where they place the applications. I will assume this review was written before I refunded a great deal more than $100. When we found out the nature of the bugs, we acted quickly to make it right and honored the Sanders requested refund. We understand this is not acceptable and we were in agreement to make it right. We are so sorry this happened and take this issue seriously.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here.,The condo was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to have my dog with us. Close to the pool and the beach. This was my second time staying at Maravilla and I will return again. Check in and out very simple!

My family and I visited Destin in 2001 and fell in love with the white sandy beaches. Maravilla has been a tradition of our family for years. The rental busines has been a true blessing to each of us. It has allowed me to be a 'work at home' mom while raising our two kids and has given me the opportunity to meet many wonderful families from all over the United States.

We purchased our properties with two non-negotiable factors in mind: 1) Views! We would not compromise on being able to see the emerald waters of the gulf while relaxing on our balcony. We are from Kentucky and our vacations are all about seeing and enjoying the water. 2)Proximity to the beach and pool. As a family with young kids we wanted to be quick to and from our condo to the sand. Our goal was always less than a minute for either and we purchased our condo's accordingly.

As a result, our family enjoys truly relaxing vacations taking in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of where we are, the heart of Destin or Scenic Gulf Drive, our views don't change..the famous emerald water is only a glance away! Our family condo business is dear to us. We recognize how blessed we are and we cherish the memories!

Purchasing a vacation home within driving distance to our home was important to us. It allows us to vacation often in our home away from home. The Gulf Coast's emerald waters were like no other place we had ever seen. The natural beauty of the beaches were the 'icing on the cake' for our purchase of our vacation home.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Our kids have grown up at Maravilla. Our daughter learned to swim in the pool there. We have since purchased other properties as investiments. Maravilla remains our favorite. Our children will not go anywhere else. The property offers great 'kids friendly' playing spaces. Maravilla's neighborhood community is perfect for riding bikes, skating, playing tag, getting a wiffle ball game up and just doing things kids love to do. Many complexes today only offer a parking lot and a beach to play on. We LOVE Maravilla!
