Pier Park, samen met de bekende winkels, ligt op minder dan 10 mijl ten noordwesten en Gulf World Aquarium ligt op 11 km in dezelfde straat en daar kunt u communiceren met dolfijnen en meer te weten komen over het lokale onderwaterleven. Bent u op zoek naar entertainment voor de hele familie? Shipwreck Island Waterpark ligt op 8 km afstand en biedt verschillende glijbanen, zwembaden en waterspellen voor iedereen!

Parkeerinformatie: parkeerplaatsen zijn niet speciaal. Parkeerplaats is buiten het gebouw. Je kunt parkeren op een parkeerplaats buiten en je parkeerpasjes zichtbaar maken. Het parkeerterrein is niet voor gasten en de veiligheid zal overtreders slepen. Er is een maximum van 2 voertuigen per eenheid. Geen scooters, golfkarretjes, te huren minivoertuigen, boten of trailers toegestaan op onroerend goed.




Instructies voor gastinvoer: deze verhuur maakt gebruik van een E-lock, een digitale vergrendeling waarvoor een unieke code vereist is. Deze code wordt gereset na het verblijf van elke gast.

Watertoegang: Het strand is toegankelijk via het zwembad. Gasten hebben hun polsbandjes nodig om toegang te krijgen tot het strand.

Strandservice is beschikbaar tegen een extra vergoeding. Als u geïnteresseerd bent, neem dan bij aankomst contact op met het gebouwpersoneel.

I got this condo for my mother & two aunts. They could not wait to call/FaceTime to show it off. One of them said this was the probably one of the nicest places they’ve ever stayed. The view was perfect! The staff was very, very helpful with questions & parking for them! Will definitely save this property for future family trips!

Large comfortable space! Excellent views of the white sugary sands of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH! The balcony overlooking the gulf is much larger than most condos. The kitchen was well equipped. This condo is older. Needs some updating as far as furniture and flooring. That really was not an issue for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I think should definitely be changed is the front door has no inside bolt, which I feel is a necessity.

Nice Condo but Awful Bed
The condo was clean when we arrived and smelled fresh. It was a bit dated but most things were in good working order and the view was fabulous. The only drawbacks were: the recliner…it was horribly stained and looked dirty, the master hair dryer wasn’t working, and the master bed was awful. We weren’t even able to sleep on it. There were large dips and it felt broken and lopsided. Thankfully, it was just the two of us so we were able to use one of the beds in the second bedroom. The master bed was not just uncomfortable but IMO unusable. We could get pasted the dated decor and broken hair dryer but the condition of the master bed will keep us from booking this unit again, which is a shame.

Mini family reunion
This condo and the 3 BR/3 BA place we rented fro our gathering worked well. This condo was clean and everything in working order. The kitchen has not been updated but the appliances were functional and we had everything we needed to cook and eat....except enough forks which we borrowed from the other condo. The living space in particular was spacious and able to accommodate 10 family members when we gathered for a meal and board games. The only complaint we had is the rigid check out time of 9 am. We had weather related travel issues (hurricane Nicole) and asked for a later check out time of 10:30 am and it was denied. This was disconcerting because we had to scramble to make other arrangements for my 87 year old mother's comfort while we dealt with the flight issues. The condo complex was great. Would stay at the property again, probably NOT with Vacasa due the inflexibility.

Needs updates but great location
This unit needs updating. The 2 large burners do not sit flat on the stove top (they were the same way last year), there were no hot pads, and only 1 dish towel (no dish cloth) -- I had brought my own. Three of the 4 light bulbs in the MBR were out. They were replaced when I called. The TV in the living room is small and not HD. The location is great and the condo is big with great views.

Very Roomy
We were moved to this condo because our other condo’s air conditioner went out. The place could use some updating. The tv’s are small but the condo is very large and spacious. Our 2 year old granddaughter had a blast plenty of room for her to roam around after a 5 and a half hour ride. The condo is on the 7th floor, thank goodness because the elevators were out the majority of the time. The service elevator is on the 6th and it’s pretty scary because of all the rock and rolling it did. This is the main reason for the 4 stars.

Great vacation
The view was perfect. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It is a bit dated but the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, building and pool area well maintained. I would definitely book this condo again.

Condo was nice but management staff could be more helpful
The condo is nice but the management needs to be more people oriented. On our last day we drove family members to the airport and came back to our room before 10:00 am and we’re locked out with all of our belongings inside. We had purchased late check out so I called the Office and they try to give me several temporary codes to allow us to get back in the room so that we could enjoy the rest of our day. None of the codes worked so she said she would send the manager right out they were only a couple of resorts away. We waited and she finally shows up. The manager Sherri kept trying to punch the buttons and the lock was completely dead. We thought she would be bringing a master key to let us back in but apparently there was no key. She called someone at her office and told them to look for a key and she was on her way to go and get it and assured us she would be back. Well that’s the last time we heard from the manager. After waiting over an hour standing in the breezeway I called the office again and the person answering the phone answers in a very annoyed voice like we are inconveniencing her by calling and I ask if anyone is coming back to help us and she tells us that the maintenance man is on his way and will be there shortly. We thought the manager was coming back like she said she would but evidently not. So about 20 minutes after already waiting over an hour the maintenance man shows up with a set of batteries - no key mind you - and installs them and the lock still doesn’t work. The maintenance man was the only person to even apologize for this happening. I had to ask for our late check out fee to be refunded. Anyway he calls the manager and tells her she will need to call a locksmith. We are now two hours into standing in a breezeway locked out of our room because no one has a master key. It’s another 1 1/2 hours before the locksmith arrives. Luckily he had a device to stick up under the door to get to door handle to pop it open so at least we could get back in the room. The locksmith said it was a bad motherboard on the lock and it has to be replaced and he fixed it. The way this was handled by the management was terrible. Not one phone call to keep us informed or even apologize to us for the inconvenience. The manager who promised us she would be back we never saw or heard from again. The lady in the office answering the phones was so rude and acted annoyed we were even bothering her with this in the first place. You know I’m so sorry we were locked out of our room for almost 4 hours and had to call you and disturb your day. The only one who even showed concern was the maintenance man. The condo was very nice unfortunately of the only way to stay there again is with the Vacasa management team , no thank you we will stay somewhere else and not use Vacasa again. No apology no trying to make this right no nothing so no Vacasa

703 watercrest condo
I have stayed here before, great view easy access to beach and pool . The area is not as crowded as Destin . Our blow dryer was not working in master bathroom, had a replacement in less than an hour
