Ons appartement is een op zichzelf staand 2 slaapkamer appartement met een eigen tuin.

Het is gelegen op loopafstand van de metro (metro) stations van Swiss Cottage (3 minuten lopen), Belsize Park (10 minuten) en Finchley Road (5 minuten).

Hi speed breedband wifi is inbegrepen in de prijs.

Er zijn drie kleine en twee grote supermarkten binnen 10 minuten lopen.

We zijn dicht bij een aantal van Londen's meest bekende groene open ruimtes Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath en Regents Park. Wij zijn slechts een 6 minuten (3 stop) metro Bond Street station rechtstreeks op de Jubilee Line die u recht in het hart van het centrum van Londen winkelen in Oxford Street, tegenover het warenhuis Selfridges.

Hampstead, Belsize Park en Swiss Cottage zijn een zeer elegante en exclusieve gebied van Londen. De veelgeprezen Hampstead Theatre is net om de hoek en de onlangs geopende Odeon Imax bioscoop en O2 centrum Vue bioscopen zijn 5 minuten lopen. Het nieuw gebouwde Swiss Cottage Sportcentrum is ook net om de hoek met squash, badminton, fitnessruimte, spa, indoor klimwand en een zwembad.

Great location for London Holiday

Visiting London with my son for 10 days. Best part of this flat the location. Short walk to tube station and bus station pretty much just outside the door. Short walks to area restaurants and grocery stores as well. We usually walked into the city, but would take the tube home. It is a little run down as stated in previous reviews, but the apartment is cosy. Stephan is quick to respond to all my emails. I recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Spacious apartment with good transport links

Good location, easy access to public transport and grocery shops. Spacious apartment had everything we needed but in need of some general updating. Fully equipped kitchen though we ate out and didn’t cook. sink in awkward position where you hit your head on staircase above. Bedroom door in second bedroom wouldn’t shut properly, some of the PowerPoints didn’t work in the bedrooms owner aware and will be fixed. Expensive for what it was, but it suited our needs as we just needed a base whilst in London.

Comfortable flat, good location

The Garden Flat was perfect for my 14-year-old daughter and me on our week-long London theater holiday. The bedrooms were a bit nicer than what I expected from the photos and the place was very quiet -- very little road noise and just a little creaking of floors every so often from the upstairs tenants. We slept soundly. And even though the entrance is below street level it did not feel dark and had lots of natural light. The bathroom and kitchen worked very well for us (bought groceries for breakfast/snacks at the Tesco Express just a few hundred feet down the street). As expected they were compact and a bit tight for what most of us over-stuffed Americans are used to, but it was hardly a problem. The kitchen was out of clothes-washing supplies when we arrived (the new maid had left the dirty rags in the washer), but the washer worked very well for us. As some other reviewers noted the flat is a bit well-worn and could use an upgrade, and the back garden space is neglected and could be a huge selling point with a little work. But the location is very good -- Swiss Cottage connects easily to many other lines, some decent breakfast/dinner restaurants are nearby, the excellent Hampstead Theatre is just down the street, and we felt safe coming and going at all hours. Stephan was a great host -- was able to let us drop off our bags early when we first arrived and responded quickly to any questions. I would stay here again.

Excellent Place

Clean, large and a great base to explore London. One of the previous reviews mentioned a staircase affecting the kitchen - I found the staircase a very (very) marginal affect on the kitchen (and only on the sink. There is a large double room leading to a garden (which I didn't use) and a regular size single room. Great place - worth the stay and hope to come again

You cannot help but falling in love with NW3: Belsize park and Hampstead. Despite being central, the area has an openness not found in other parts of this great city. Restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres and beautiful parks are all within a short walk from our home.

- Less than 3 minutes walk to Swiss Cottage Tube Station (Jubilee Line), 4 minute walk to Finchley Road (Metropolitan line) and 10 minute walk to Belsize Park Station (Northern Line).

-Ten minutes Tube ride to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Square, Covent Garden (National Gallery, Tate Modern, Royal Opera House)
