Geweldig huis in Bradenton. Naar schatting 20-30 minuten rijden naar het Anna Maria-eiland en het strand van Bradenton. UTC-winkelcentrum en Ellenton-verkooppunten bevinden zich op 1 afrit van deze locatie. Dit is een huis met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer, mooi ingericht met items die we tijdens onze reizen hebben verzameld. Omdat we dol zijn op reizen en ook van de huizen van andere gastheren hebben genoten, hebben we besloten ons eigendom te delen met andere reizigers om van ons huis te genieten. Dit huis is gelegen in een zeer rustige buurt dicht bij winkelcentra en stranden.

Accurate Description

Easy check in process and communication.There was a note to leave thermostat at 75 or lower, and whenever we woulf set it lower it would get changed back to where it was. Temps were nearing 90 degrees outside so that part was frustrating.If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. You are either kept up by the ceiling fan motors or noise from cars out on the main road.It was nice to be in our own space though and it is super close to Walmart for anything you might need for your trip.

Everything was clean. Bed sheets were clean and smelled nice. Had everything we needed and was exactly as the listing. Host responded quickly and everything was great. Would stay again.

Great location and house!

We were right off 75 which made travel for us super easy. The kitchen had everything we needed for the most part and the host was great with communication. Our dog super loved the backyard. Fair warning though, be ready to pick out burs if your dog has long fur like mine haha.

Easter weekend

Long weekend visiting family! Location was perfect with gas stations, grocery stores and interstate access close. We drove less than 30 min to the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The screened in porch and fenced in backyard were perfect for us and our dog to feel safe while spending more time outside. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Pedro was quick to respond to any communication. We needed his help after arrival as the sliding glass door was off track. He responded immediately and came over to fix it. We had no other problems with it for the rest of our stay. The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us who stayed. Everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed relaxing along with the beautiful plants on the screened in back porch! Pet friendly is a great plus! There are a few small holes in thw back fence where a small dog could escape but lots of safe space for larger dogs to run and play. I don't remember reading it in the description but the house does have another separate apartment. The apartments are not accessible at all to each other from the inside and the other tenant was very quiet so this was not an issue at all for us.

What we expected.

We used the place as our spring training headquarters. The location, check-in, and communication with the owner were excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Now if something could be done about the traffic in Florida…

Perfect location!

We stayed for Christmas and New Year holidays. The location is perfect, so close to our family that lives in Bradenton. House was clean, fenced back yard made it so easy for our dog. Walkable neighborhood. Easy walk to Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, McDonalds and Starbucks. We could have even walked over to Walmart if we needed something. Thanks! Hoping to stay here again soon.

Nice place.

This rental was perfect for our family for our short stay. We had our dog with us and none of the hotels in this area had very good reviews but we wanted to be close to family that lives in the area. This place was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and great communication with the owners.

Very quiet, clean, comfortable house

I was in town for work and didn't spend much time in the house, but it was clean and very quiet. The rental is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath section with the home having an additional apartment sectioned off so that you never come into contact via a shared driveway / back yard / etc. I was up late every night working and never heard a peep out of anyone after 10 pm, and barely noticed anyone before then anyway. The kitchen has all the basic needs to cook most anything, a wal-mart is very close, and publix is just down the street. There are multiple restaurants close by as well.

Great place to stay!

This house is a great place to stay! The house was super clean with an amazing outdoor space. It had every thing you need. The private yard is huge and completely fenced in. The dogs loved it! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Will definitely return again! Thank you for sharing your space.

Family visit

We enjoyed the screened patio and quietness of the neighborhood. Very close to Walmart and the interstate. Hosts were very attentive to what we needed. Would recommend an ice maker and recliner or reclining option and also a lamp for each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. Clean, quiet serene secure huge back yard. We didn't need the kitchen but plenty of everything you would need. We knew it had a keirig and we were prepared. Thank you for your hospitality
