Deze hut is echt in de BESTE LOCATIE in Jackson Hole. Dicht bij JH Mountain Resort, met directe 8 minuten busdienst naar de pistes. Dezelfde bus brengt u naar het centrum. Alle services die u zich maar kunt wensen, zijn direct beschikbaar.

We willen dat je alleen aangename verrassingen hebt wanneer je aankomt, dus lees de beschrijving die we in zijn geheel geven! We beantwoorden graag alle vragen!

Wanneer je door de poort van dit rustieke paradijs loopt, betreed je een wereld op zichzelf. Maar buiten de poort bevindt u zich in de meest gewilde buurt in het Rocky Mountain West! De huur is verbonden aan onze Frans geïnspireerde blokhut.

We onderhouden de hut in overeenstemming met de criteria zoals uiteengezet door de Partnership for Global Sustainable Tourism. Deze criteria zijn ontworpen voor grotere organisaties, dus we passen ze aan onze situatie aan (unieke verhuur) en houden ons zo nauw mogelijk aan deze criteria. Vragen zijn welkom of bekijk ze door een Google-zoekopdracht te doen naar Partnership for Global Sustainable Tourism.

De cabine is met de hand gebouwd en is echt uniek. Aarzel niet om vragen te stellen over de grootte, toegang, trappen, etc. We hebben zoveel gecharmeerde gasten gehad en we doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat deze hut bij u past.

Een slaapkamer, groot terras, grote tuinen (inclusief een beekje en vijver). Oude wereld hardware, klauw voet bad, vloer tot plafond schuur schuiframen in de badkamer. Kleine kamers, lage plafonds, zichtbare houten perlins, plankenvloeren en plafonds, met de hand geschreven scheuren. Het is rustiek en echt met artistieke accenten en is echt uniek. De schattige hut is gevuld met kaarten, boeken, brochures, coupons, aanbevelingen, insider tips en meer. De overvloed aan hoekjes en gaten, en het gevoel van overvloed, verloochenen de kleine koolstofvoetafdruk van dit groene gebouw en deze tuin. De tuin is volledig vrij van chemicaliën, dus iedereen kan zich goed voelen over buiten zitten en genieten van de omgeving.

We upgraden en verbeteren de cabine voortdurend. Recente verbeteringen zijn onder andere een nieuwe keuken, extra kookgerei, een 85 jaar oude bewerkte Belgische bank, zachte Nepalese tapijten en altijd professionele detailreiniging. Het Queen Sleigh bed heeft een Sealy Posturpedic matras / boxspring set, en we krijgen altijd nieuwe bedden met King kussens, gezellige dekens en leeslampjes wachten op u voor de meest comfortabele slaap ooit !!

Wonderful stay

Peaceful Retreat

This rustic modern cabin was perfect for our 25th anniversary hiking getaway in the Grand Tetons. Very convenient to Jackson Hole and the National Park. We loved the modern kitchen, the decor, and the cozy feel. The most beautiful setting! The owners were very responsive and kind. I hope we can return again someday.

Serene retreat

The cabin is beautiful and wonderfully furnished. Adding to the sense of peace the cabin offers, was the beautifully landscaped and lighted yard that leads up to and surrounds the cabin. Additionally, the owners were very gracious and made us feel right at home - including the thoughtful note and welcome basket that awaited our arrival. The owners had also compiled a binder that was very helpful with great "local" tips and recommendations that included things to do, local amenities and attractions, as well as restaurant recommendations.

Cabin is very small and cramped

Location is on a busy highway. Windows without screens must remain open due to no AC. Very steep steps to upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Shower is awful. Old sofa is very uncomfortable. "Luxury" linens are from Ikea. Place is crowded with old furniture. Large step up to toilet area. Outdoor space is not very appealing. Greywater drains into pond. No stream in summer. Not a "paradise" location. Owners were pleasant and seemed genuinely surprised that we were not happy with our accommodations.

Please read our other reviews and decide if our sincere efforts to communicate the vernacular authenticity of this amazing hand crafted log home are effective. We welcome people who would enjoy this property.  Feel free to contact us if you think you are a good fit. These reviewers signed and returned two binding contracts in which they agreed that they had viewed and understood the 5000 word detailed descriptions and 45 un-retouched photos provided to them. These documents included no fewer than four references to the stairs and a specific indication of square footage.  All features and furnishings are clearly shown and very realistic. They were seen enjoying the stream that flows from the Snake River (no gray water systems) while drinking the wine and eating the bread, cheese, chocolate and fruit provided to them. Please encourage VRBO to update their system of reviews of the traveller from the host so that we can all ensure that the VRBO community continues to thrive. For 25 years we have hosted intelligent, gracious and honest guests (with this one exception).

Beautiful

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the cabin. The grounds were well-maintained, and the hosts were very responsive and informative, and the location could not have been better. The cabin came stocked with almost everything you need aside from some specialty items that you’d likely never use on vacation anyway. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing and our stay at the cabin was peaceful and felt private even knowing that we were attached to the main house. We would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would consider returning ourselves in the future as well. Thank you Crawford and Phil for your hospitality!

Perfect Place To Stay Very Near Jackson

The cabin is exquisite and the property is well maintained. The location is perfect - close enough to Jackson, but outside of town. It is centrally located to all that we wanted to do. Very responsive hosts. We definitely will stay at Riverwolf again when we return to Wyoming.!

Quaint and quiet w/ perfect location

Outstanding property that is wonderfully maintained and very clean. Such a charming cabin and the location is perfect. The multi-use trail is right across the street, which will take you all the way through Teton NP and Jackson without leaving the trail. Listing is exactly as described.

Perfect cabin right outside of town!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Phil and Crawford’s place! It was perfect for just the two of us, though there would be room for 1-2 kids if you had them! The cabin is exactly as advertised. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it has all of the supplies you’d need. The cabin itself is nestled right off Moose Wilson Rd, about a 10 minute drive to downtown Jackson. The road has a walk/bike path right next to it which is great for walking in the mornings - about 30 minutes walking up the road is the Aspen market and Persephone if looking for coffee or breakfast items. It’s about a 30 min drive to the Teton trails, with most of that being in the park. If you’re looking to stay outside of town but still be close to hiking and restaurants, this is the absolute perfect spot! Albertson’s near town is great for grocery staples and bear spray. If you visit in the fall, you may even get lucky and see some moose near the property - we had two spend a day nearby and it was incredible!

Lovely cabin in Wilson

We stayed for 3 nights at this cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The cabin is rustic and charming and as described on the web site. The hosts gave us detailed directions which was especially helpful when arriving in the dark. It is very close to GTNP on the Moose Wilson highway. We unfortunately did not spend much time in the cabin due to the hectic schedules visiting the parks but it felt welcoming to come back to the cabin after a long and tiresome day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We would definitely come back again in the future if our travels take us to Wyoming.

Quaint cabin

We had a lovely 5 nights at Crawford & Phil’s unique, but very comfortable and clean cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. The bedroom & bathroom located on the second level was super nice and quiet. We definitely highly recommend this cabin.

Quiet stay on the Westbank

Nice quiet rental attached to the owner's main property. Well furnished with good communication. A great place to get away from the hustle of Jackson with close access to the park.

Great location for quirky quaint accommodation

After driving through Jackson several evenings, we were so glad to be staying on Moose Wilson Road away from the throngs of people. Hosts left ideas of places to go off the typical tourist path. The hosts did a wonderful job of COVID cleaning and we felt very secure. Wish we could have had a bit more contact with hosts but understand due to social distancing. The house is not your average VRBO but the description is quite accurate.
