Een van de mooiste versierde / ontworpen appartementen in de Kiahuna. Travertin tegels, graniet en prachtige aangepaste kasten in heel. Een van de slechts 10 eenheden op de Kiahuna-plantage met gewelfde plafonds EN kathedraalvensters in de woonkamer boven. Gratis draadloos internet Sonos Audio. Vrij uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf beide verdiepingen. Korte wandeling over een prachtig aangelegd gebied naar het strand. Unit terug net genoeg van de belangrijkste binnenplaats met gras voor meer privacy, maar dicht genoeg om deel uit te maken van het plezier en dicht bij het water.

Inclusief onbeperkt gebruik van het zwembad, fitness en tennis van Poipu Beach Athletic Club, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de accommodatie.

De Kiahuna-plantage is een prachtig aangelegd condominiumcomplex dat het gevoel van een oude Hawaiiaanse plantage oproept. De units zijn open en luchtig met veel ramen en lamellen die opengaan om de verkoelende Hawaiiaanse passaatwinden op te vangen. Deze eenheid is perfect gelegen aan het einde van gebouw 14 om de passaatwinden die er doorheen blazen te maximaliseren. De Kiahuna ligt direct aan het strand van Poipu, een van de beste stranden van Kauai. Poipu Beach ligt aan de drogere zuidkant van Kauai, dus het is meestal vrij zonnig. (Kauai is zo mooi vanwege de overvloedige regen die aan de noordkant van het eiland wordt ontvangen; vandaar de naam 'Garden Island'.) Een strandhut biedt gratis handdoeken en strandstoelen; Boogey boards en surfboards zijn te huur. Surflessen zijn ook beschikbaar.

De beroemde golfbaan van Poipu Bay, de voormalige locatie van het jaarlijkse Grand Slam-toernooi, ligt 3,2 km ten oosten van het prachtige Grand Hyatt Resort. Andere uitstekende cursussen zijn in de buurt. Er zijn een aantal uitstekende restaurants in de buurt, waaronder Keoki's en de Plantation Gardens, die op loopafstand liggen. Het nieuwe winkelcentrum Kukui'ula en de funky oude binnenstad van Koloa met hun winkels en restaurants liggen op slechts een paar minuten rijden met de auto. De rest van het eiland met zijn fantastische landschap, geweldige avonturen en prachtige stranden ligt allemaal binnen een uur rijden.

I’ve been coming to the Kiahuna Plantation for over 30 years and have stayed at many units and this was hands down my favorite. The location on the grounds was perfect; set back from the beach a bit but still just a three minute walk across the great lawn. A BBQ was nearby and there was a direct ocean view from both lanais (both had plenty of patio furniture). Beds were incredibly comfortable, A/C was a bonus, ceiling fans, and a well stocked kitchen (although every spice was available except salt & pepper :). The unit had multiple boogie boards and snorkeling gear when we were there, but as the owner mentioned, these can come and go. I loved the island decor (especially the beautiful quilts) and appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely choose this unit for my family of 4 again in the future. Owner was quick to reply and management team at Outrigger is always wonderful. Another amazing vacation in gorgeous Kauai. Mahalo!

Beautiful condo with a lovely view of the ocean. Great area outdoors for children to play on the grass. The ocean was a bit rough for the 5 and under crowd. They loved the pool with the slide! We went to the Poipu beach park for ocean time. Gentle waves. Truly appreciated the AC both in the living area and bedrooms!! I know when we first started coming to Kiahuna, AC was not allowed. Thankfully the rules changed. Truly enhanced our stay. All appliances worked. We appreciated the kitchen supplies, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. The complimentary pack n’ play, baby gate and high chair were a bonus. We had a fabulous stay! Mahalo!

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is our "go-to" and has been for over nearly 40 years now. We started going when our kids were barely 3 years old, and now they bring their own kids for a great 10-12 stay just about every summer! Location can't be beat; accommodations are awesome. The view!!!!

We had a fantastic time in unit 74 - we’ve stayed at kiahuna a number of times throughout the years and this place tops all of our previous experiences! You can see the bridge/grass/ocean view from the master bed - just wake up and look left. The A/C and washer and dryer, the high ceiling, the available beach gear, the kitchen supplies, the decor…everything contributed to a stay that was well worth the investment.

Amazing condo in a great community

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would 100% stay here again. It was spacious and the porches were great overlooking the waves down at the beach. The beach was great, really enjoyed seeing the basking sea turtles at the next beach over (15 min walk), and access to the pool and exercise club across the street was also very nice. Loved the Poipu area, lots of great restaurants and very convenient for activities on the south side of the island.

Beautiful home in paradise

We came to Hawaii to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and this home was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we especially loved the pillows! The view was simply breathtaking too. Family vacation

The view from our condo was even better than in the photos. Our host Alan responded quickly to any inquiries we had ahead of our stay. It was a bonus to have a washer/dryer and air conditioning in the unit, along with a mere 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The grounds at Kiahuna plantation are beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. None of us wanted to leave.

Still Perfect in Every Way

This is our second vacation at this property. It certainly wil not be our last. It has a perfect combination of view, proximity to beaches and adjoining Poipu Athletic Club, privacy, and value. Great communication with the owner and great service from Outrigger Resorts Management Company. The view of the ocean and gardens from the lanai are breathtaking and in my view, the best on the property.

We loved staying at the Kiahuna Plantation. The grounds were absolutely lovely and very well kept. The unit was as described. Very clean, great location. We were able to spend every day at the beach and go on a couple excursions. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!

We really loved our stay here. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the water and it is such a short walk. Less than 5 min. The accommodations were clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities like pots/pans, coffee maker, refrigerator etc. my only complaint is that the walls are thin so easy to hear others. Also we checked in past 8pm and we weren't given the building number only the unit number. Luckily a worker was driving on the property and showed us where it was.

Owner was responsive to requests ahead of stay. Unit has best view, is comfortable and well equipped. It was warm so we were happy for A/C in all rooms. The only downside is both beds were extremely uncomfortable-too firm and uneven.
