This villa, located in Chiclana de la Frontera, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a CD player, a radio and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including 2 single beds and 1 including a double bed. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a washing machine, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, central heating, air conditionning, mosquito nets and a safe.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
During the covid-19 pandemic, an additionnal cleaning fee must be paid at the price of 75€ .
