Excellent Location and High-End

Great place to stay just 3 miles outside Broadway. Easy Uber rides there and couple good bars/restaurants in walking distance as well as coffee shops.

Great location and lots to do

The home was clean and cute. The backyard was fun and had all kinds of activities - hot tub, rock wall, pool table, basketball hoop, surfboards, outdoor seating and dining. We would definitely stay there again.

5 stars all around! The properties were as advertised, clean, comfortable beds, great kitchens and close to everything. We had 3 cars so the 4 garage spaces were a huge plus. Our host always responded within a few minutes and was very helpful. Can't wait to come back to Nashville and stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse in an excellent location

My girlfriends and I had a lovely time - the places are beautifully decorated with everything you could need and you are also in the heart of wedgewood Houston, a very popular spot for locals. Absolutely would return again.

Great Stay!

We stayed with a large group of friends and it was perfect. Short uber drive to Broadway. The place was extremely clean and had plenty of space for everyone as well as a common area and the rooftop which were great to hang out with everyone. Highly recommend this spot if you have a group of 12+ people.

Fun House-Lots of Beds-Close to Everything

This house suited our group very well. It is stylishly decorated inside and has nice places to gather either in the kitchen or on the rooftop deck. It’s a quick drive to downtown or other desirable places. The neighborhood it’s in is developing but there is currently construction underway nearby.

Nashville Bachelorette

We had a larger group for a bachelorette party and this place was perfect! We were able to hop back and forth between the two units with ease, kind of just like being in our own hotels rooms but MUCH better. Definitely recommended, and the host is very responsive to any questions you have.

Girls Trip

The two side by side townhouses were great for our group of 16. Nice place to gather in the one house, and nice to have plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The rooms with bunk beds were a little tight for putting luggage in, especially if using to capacity. But overall great experience and location!

Awesome roomy stay

We stayed here for a work conference and the place was as described. Every room has a bathroom (not all are connected but that was no big deal). Water pressure in unit B was amazing. Beds were comfy. Loved the lighting in the family/dining room. Close enough to the city but not much within walking distance. Great views of the city from the roof.

Surprise 50th for my husband

We had 6 couples make a first time trip to Nashville! We came from AZ and OR. The condos were fully stocked and was a perfect fit for us all to be together. We loved hanging out on the roof top too! Can’t wait to come back and explore more of Nashville. Thanks John for sharing your beautiful homes with us :)

Perfect Group Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these neighboring townhomes. We had enough space for 12 people (6 couples) and really enjoyed the walkable coffee shops and bars. There will definitely have to be a “picking of straws” for who gets the bunk rooms if it is all couples traveling but all is fair and if you end up with the master you are especially lucky. John (the host) was extremely easy and kind to communicate with and made everything super smooth letting us check in as soon as the maid service left so we could get in and get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Ohio takes on Nashville

We had 12 couplesin our group and thes two townhouses were the perfect location for us. We had so much fun up on the rooftop deck, we were bake to eat "family style" in the large kitchens. We enjoyed the coffee shop right down the street. I had read reviews of it being loud at njght, but we had zero trouble! It is so close to downtown/broadway. When we come back we will definitely stay here again! They also provided soap, lots of towels, linens and it was immaculate when we arrived.

50th Birthday

Siblings group of 12 celebrating a 50th Birthday stayed in the two units. Units fit us perfectly and the location was good! Walkable to some restaurants and bars and a quick Uber to Broadway and The Gulch. Too cold to enjoy the rooftops but they would be nice in warmer temps! We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Nashville Trip

We had an awesome time staying at this property. We had a total of 16 guests and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the property. We were all visiting Nashville for a bachelor party. The location was great getting to and from other events throughout the weekend. Both units had a lot of space and we had to utilize all bedrooms. Everyone felt comfortable. The rooftop was especially neat to have. I would definitely recommend this property again for a big group weekend trip. The property managers were also informative and accommodating. A few of the guests arrived a little early and the property managers were able to work with us to have them check in early. Instructions were clearly provided and we had no issues. Highly recommend this property for a fantastic stay in Nashville.
