Cinnamon Beach was great! Very peaceful. The condo was great, it was very clean and the view was awesome. Communication was good from the time of booking through check out. We loved the area, plenty to choose from for dinner. Short drive to Daytona or St Augustine if you want to do activities or exploring. We will definitely come back to this area and this condo.

Beautiful condo. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Condo had everything we needed. Extra blankets and pillows were nice, as well as all the available beach towels and toys. Owners called to make sure we were doing ok and asked if we needed anything, which I felt was so personable and sweet.

The Cinnamon Beach complex is pristine offering 2 pools, lovely walking paths and a beautiful beach area. The condo is clean, spacious, has great ocean views, and its kitchen is well-stocked.Parking was convenient and several good restaurants are nearby as is the local Publix. Do yourself a favor and check out the fresh fish market an A1A! Their smoked salmon is incredible!Thank you, Scott, for offering your beautiful condo for our vacation.

It is pretty easy because we have a hands on property manager who is absolutely great, a great cleaning staff, and my wonderful, wonderful wife, who tries to make sure our guests always have a kitchen with the stuff you want, and condo where you can have fun. And the behind the scenes staff of our condo association who help keep the resort looking attractive and pristine.

Great location. Great views. Great condo. Love the accessibility to the Hammock Beach Resort for golf, pool, dinners,etc.We had an issue with neighbor dogs, but owner handled immediately with onsite Property Management for a fast resolution.

Perfect Beach condo

We loved our stay! Place had everything we needed and very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and watching the ocean. Very quick walk to the beach and they had some beach items for us to borrow as well. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break with the family

It has been almost 10 years since we last visited Palm Coast, coming back did not disappoint. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach amenities and beach. Thank you for a great week in your lovely condo.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was exceptionally clean. The view from the condo is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you might need. We really enjoyed the ocean, it was so clear and calm our first day, it was great. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pools. We brought our bicycles, so we enjoyed riding through the neighborhood as well. The Publix right down the road is so convenient. We really enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Beach!

This was our 5th time staying at Cinnamon Beach but our first time at this particular property. The location is fantastic, overlooking the golf course, with an ocean view, and it's such an easy walk to the beach. The condo was extremely clean, and Scott was great at communicating. We absolutely love Cinnamon Beach. It's one of my favorite places to vacation. We were there in early August and the beach was not at all crowded. I told my husband I'd like to stay TWO weeks next year (he wasn't opposed!).

Great condo! Very clean with everything we needed and then some. The owner had excellent communication all week. He and his team were friendly and always helpful. They were quick to respond start to finish. The view from the condo was unmatched. The amenities in the complex were excellent. The quiet pool overlooking the water was great for the adults and the children’s pool was perfect for my daughter. Not a bad walk to the pool but we drove and parked several times. Parking was not a problem. One heads up is the toll bridge to get back to town. 3 everytime really does add up. No reflection on the condo but we were surprised by that. The Publix out of the complex and to the right came in handy and saved us the toll. Just a heads up! Zero complaints and would definitely stay again!! You won’t be disappointed.

New Years vacation

Beautiful and very clean condo, wonderful view of the ocean from balcony, short convenient walk to the beach and condo was fully stocked with beach chairs/towels. Very safe and private. Great communication with Scott before arrival to make sure everything was going to perfect and he called before departure to make sure everything went OK. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice. Great view. Short walk to the beach. Loved the beach. Plenty of chairs at the pool. Well equipped condo. Plenty of linens. Enjoyed meeting residents and their dogs!

Top notch

The property Manager is also the owner. He is very kind, welcoming and informative. The condo is beautifully appointed and well stocked. It has beautiful views and is a short walk to the pools. In sum, I can’t recommend this property highly enough! We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach! The condo was great - roomier than I expected. And was stocked with all the kitchen items we could possibly need! Appreciated all the beach toys/chairs that were there if we needed them as well. The view from the balcony was great for morning coffee or reading. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs close by and found that of all the seafood we had in the area, the Mahi sandwich at the Grill by the pool outdid them all. It was a great stay for our family of five plus our dog. We hope to be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect.. only a few things we would change... the front door was a little difficult to open from the inside... may need to fix... other then that... places was great... we enjoyed it. Thank you We will definitely rent again.

Easy, clean, and safe!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Scott and Paula are gracious and responsive hosts. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and fully outfitted with everything you would want/need during a beach vacation. The building is right off the beach in a safe, family-oriented, gated community. Less than a minute walk to the beach, which is clean, quiet, and dog-friendly. Great vacation if you want to relax, decompress, cook at home, or go out for fresh seafood. We had a wonderful trip and would book Scott and Paula's condo again in a heartbeat!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

My family and I had such a nice time visiting Cinnamon Beach! This is our 3rd time staying in the Cinnamon Beach condos and our first time in this particular condo. This condo was SOOOOOO clean and SOOOOOO well stocked! From the beach chairs and umbrellas, to the fully stocked kitchen with quality kitchen items, we could not have asked for more. Also, the owners of the condo, Steve and Paula, were extremely welcoming, communicative, and provided us with tons of information. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with this property. If you get a chance to stay here ... DO! You won't regret it.

Amazing views and beautiful condo

As soon as we walked in the condo the amazing view of the golf course and ocean is the first thing we noticed. The condo is spotless!! You would never know the owners allow dogs to stay I loved the beachy decor it really enhanced that vacation feeling. I’ve had back injuries and the mattresses were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on(hoping to find out the brand and model to buy for my home ) The living room sectional is also super comfy and accommodated the whole family to sit together. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances: sandwich press (we used a couple of times), toaster and toaster oven, crockpot (was excited they had one as I use a lot at home but didn’t use it once). We ate out a lot more than usual. We were thrilled to find restaurants close by that had gluten free menus. If you need to eat gluten free check out Bartlett’s or Captain’s BBQ. Also, easy to get delivery: we used delivery from Walmart, Publix, and Amazon. The hosts were amazing! Great communication and very accommodating!! We would definitely stay again!!! Cinnamon Beach is a Wonderful place to vacation with our special needs son! Everyone was friendly and the pools weren’t overly crowded or noisy. It was awesome to see him smiling and enjoying himself we can’t wait to return

Rest & Relaxation!

Beautiful golf and ocean view! The property was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. Very relaxing and we had an overall great experience from self check-in to check out. Just make sure you know where the rocks are in the ocean and you won't have a problem. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys provided by the owners.
