This is a great place. It was clean, easy to find in a great location. Everything worked great in the condo. I loved the balcony and the furniture on it was comfortable. Great beach access!0

Superbly appointed unit with all the comforts of home. Gorgeous view of the ocean was a great way to start and end the day. Bed was very comfortable, linens were outstanding, very clean and comfortable. Being in the off-season was great as it was very quiet, making the pool almost private and our morning beach walks awesome. The fact that the balcony had a shaded position most of the day made it very comfortable even during the hottest time of the year, along with the nice table/chairs and Adirondack chaises. The open air under building designated parking spot was a welcomed accommodation. Water pressure was light which seems to be prevalent on Hutchinson Island, but the island is beautiful with some good restaurants and quick shopping run to Publix around the corner. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a beach vacation. My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed there for two weeks. The pros included the large ocean view balcony with seating for 7; comfortable beds and furniture; a well-stocked kitchen for cooking light meals; short distance to the beach and pool; assortment of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler for guests, and covered parking on the first floor of the building. One downside was the absence of an in-unit washer and dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer down the hall. We did not pay extra for the Marriott amenities because we wouldn't have used them. Overall our stay was wonderful.

The host is amazing. Parking daily is so easy! The pool is so clean the beach is not crowded. The place to stay was so well stocked. One of the best vacation spots!

This place was the perfect getaway! You can pay just a little extra and get full access to 3 pools, Pickleball courts, tennis, and golf all at the Marriott Resort which is in walking distance but there’s a shuttle available too. My in laws, 4 yo and my husband and I were all very comfortable and the view of the beach was unforgettable! Very responsive host, coin laundry, elevator—I could go on!

Excellent stay

Property is well maintained for its age, excellent location very close to the beach, well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Would not have any reservations staying again.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

Stayed for the 4th of July weekend and the Condo was excellent as well as the nearby grounds. Great views of the ocean & pool. Will definitely go back!

Wonderful stay

We loved the condo and property. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great view of the ocean and pool. We loved having a covered parking space. The only thing that would make it better would be to have more towels. We will definitely stay here again.

Beachy and beautiful

This property quickly became one of my favorites. It is beautifully decorated and well provisioned and sparkling clean. The location is perfect, gorgeous views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterways, lots of great restaurants nearby and of course, the beautiful beach the deck overlooking the pool and the ocean is very spacious And well furnished. In addition, the owner provided anything we could need for the beach or pool this was the perfect girls trip!

Spectacular

The view is perfection! We loved watching all of the wildlife outside the balcony. Not to mention the home was fully stocked with anything you need besides food. The decor is adorable. We didn’t pay for the resort card but we basically had our building pool to ourselves the entire time :) we really enjoyed our stay will possibly return. Thank you to the owners.

Beautiful view, natural beach

As described, this condo was well appointed and very homey. The beach at this time of the year was teeming with turtle nests! I would definitely return here. Host was very accommodating with quick replies. Smooth visit, nice pool, so close to and overlooking the beach. Awesome.
