Ruim en prachtig ingericht 2 COMPLETE KEUKENS, 4 slaapkamers, 5 bedden, 2 queensize slaapbanken, 4 badkamers, 2 familiekamers, 2 eetruimtes, 5 televisies.

Geweldig huis op slechts een steenworp afstand van het zand en al het andere dat de Central Coast te bieden heeft.

Het huis slaapt 14 comfortabel plus een twin daybed en heeft alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft om van uw verblijf te genieten. Veel familieplezier wacht op je!

De gehele benedenverdiepingen, slaapkamer, hoofdbad en alle keuken- en leefruimtes zijn toegankelijk voor gehandicapten! Geen stappen of trappen om binnen te komen!

Surfen, vissen, fietsen, wandelen, strandkammen en ATV-verhuur om er maar een paar te noemen. Ook slechts een korte rit of een mooi strand lopen van Pismo Beach. Restaurants, winkels en vele lokale bezienswaardigheden wachten op u. Na een dag plezier gewoon ontspannen!

Zie de zon ondergaan terwijl je BBQ !!!
Dit is een huis waar je jaar na jaar terug wilt komen om die familievakantieherinneringen te maken.

Our women’s group stayed here while in town for a conference. We had the best time and each of us loved the house. Great location to the beach. House was spacious, we were at max capacity and didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food of course). Host was phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

Check in was good. We liked the door combination access. The kitchen was well stocked. Would be good to have better quality spatulas and utensils as well as plastic wrap, foul and oven mitts.

A wonderful location, and perfect spot for a mixed group of friends.

I booked this house for my friend to celebrate her 50th birthday. We had a mix of her friends and family, and a large age range. This house worked perfectly as there were so many sleeping options and bathrooms! It worked perfectly. Thank you!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything (Pismo pier, restaurants) and just a short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed staying here.

Oceano house

House was clean! But listed as a 5 bedroom, which only had 4. Soap was only half full to wash hands and for the dishes as well. Only given I roll of paper towels for a week with 11 people. We have rented homes that have been more prepared and equipped. The location was great and easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was nice.

Good location - graduation

Good location. Great for large family. Having two separate living areas, two kitchens, and multiple bathrooms made it comfortable. A few quirks: Skylight above one of the beds made for early wakeups. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile. Another bed was a bit squeaky. And unfortunately, internet was in and out while we were there, although property manager did try to send a technician. Overall enjoyed our stay and was convenient for our graduation festivities.

Everything was OK but did not feel it was worth the price.

Owner was kind, quick to respond and check in was simple. Only two concerns: 1) We were a little disappointed that the beach allowed vehicles and dogs. It gave the beach a totally different vibe than the beaches we are used to. 2)Plenty of beds but was really only a 4 bedroom, not 5. Our son, who is single did not mind. However, if it would have been 5 couples instead of 4 it would have really been a bummer.

Greatest Birthday Ever

Had almost my whole family there and there was plenty of room. There were 16 of us all together. Very close to the things we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants, markets, and close beach access. Unfortunately the BBQ that was in the photo isn't the one that was on site. There is a leak in the skylight in one room, the shower leaked in one bathroom and the downstairs kitchen sink handle fell off but we were able to put it back on. We found some of the outlets and some lighting didn't work. We had to remind the electricians in the family that they were on vacation and it wasn't their house. For accessibility there is a threshold at entry and there are no support bars in the downstairs bathroom. All of that aside we had a wonderful stay Jan was very responsive and helpful. We may be staying there again.

Great Extended Family Home

Loved the property, however it was advertised as 5 bedrooms, but only had 4 bedrooms. The description also included a hot tub, but the property did not have one.

Perfect family vacation

This place was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds! The 2 kitchens are very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. They are very helpful, and responsive if you have questions. It was an amazing family getaway for my family and would definitely recommend!

This was such a great location for our family it was just a 5 min walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious plenty of room to spread out loved that it had 2 kitchens. It was perfect for celebrating my birthday.

Great location

The house was clean and had lots of options for places to sleep everyone. We loved that the beach was so close. The property manager responded quickly to all the minor questions/issues we had. Just know that this beach has cars/trucks constantly driving in front of the water, which made it a little challenging to watch the little kids - nothing to do with the property though!

Fantastic location for beach activities

The property is a few minutes from the beach, and Oceano is one of the few towns where bonfires on the beach don't require permits or specific fire pits. We had a great time hanging out at the beach because it was so close. The house was able to accommodate 15 people with a few of our pre-teens and teenagers sleeping on sleeping bags upstairs. We had to call the property manager for some additional sheets and blankets and she was very prompt and very helpful with all our questions. Overall it was a great trip for us and it centered around us having found a good place to stay at.

Our family of adult children and grandchildren enjoy everything the beach and nearby dunes have to offer. We walk to the beach, take long walks into Pismo Beach and enjoy the water sports and dune ATV's! There is always something to do in this immediate area!

This home is very roomy and fits 15 guests comfortably, accommodates 2 complete families with 2 complete kitchens, fully stocked. Very comfortable furniture with all the perks at your fingertips! TV's in every bedroom on top of the main Living spaces TV's.
Beautiful portable fireplaces for those nippy days near the beach!
