Sinds de opening van onze eerste eenheid 2 jaar geleden zijn gasten gek geworden. Ze zijn enthousiast over 24 uur per dag inchecken, geweldige communicatie, geweldige voorzieningen, stijlvolle ruimte, comfort, locatie en waarde. Nu 8 eenheden in twee jaar, meer dan 300 fantastische beoordelingen op alle platforms waar mensen nog steeds enthousiast over zijn.

Wij zijn gevestigd in het historische Beauregard Town, letterlijk blokken van alle bezienswaardigheden in het centrum. Een blok naar het Raising Cane's River Center, USS Kidd Battleship and Museum, onder andere Old State Capital. Drie blokken naar de derde straat met al zijn restaurants, pubs en ander nachtleven. LSU en Tiger Stadium liggen op 5-10 minuten rijden. Als je zin hebt in een LSU-spel, pikt de shuttle op en zet deze slechts twee blokken weg. Hoe handig is dat?!? Bovendien is de snelweg 10 straten verderop. Je door de stad verplaatsen kan niet sneller of eenvoudiger.

Het gebouw is halverwege de eeuw gebouwd waardoor het een aantal unieke kwaliteiten heeft die niet bestaan op de nieuwere plaatsen van vandaag, zoals de bakstenen muren in de kamers. Klassiek New Orleans.

Zoals gezegd is de eenheid versierd met een Louisiana-thema. We zoeken openlijk naar lokale kunst en meubels en hergebruiken en hergebruiken artikelen indien mogelijk. Dat is wat elke eenheid zijn uniekheid geeft. Dit apparaat heeft verschillende antieke stukken zoals het meer dan 100 jaar oude Eastlake-bed, evenals originele schilderijen van lokale kunstenaars.

De bedden zijn luxueus en comfortabel met nieuw nieuw beddengoed en kussens voor een vredige nachtrust.

De keuken is compleet met ingebouwde magnetron, kookplaat met gladde bovenkant en alle benodigde keukengerei voor degenen die graag koken. We bieden een koffiezetapparaat en de eigen Community Coffee van Louisiana. Het is een echte lokale donkere gebraden die je wakker maakt.

Het draait allemaal om de extra's en we hebben een aantal dingen toegevoegd die we willen, zoals de anti-microbiële Hotel / Spa dubbele douchekop en in de hand gehouden met meerdere jetopties. We hebben handdoeken uit de luxe collectie opgenomen, lekker dik. En om alles compleet te maken, zijn onder meer Matrix, exclusief voor Wyndham, zeep, shampoo en conditioner. Foto's van alles inbegrepen.

Er is een gemeenschappelijke binnenplaats in het midden van het complex om ook te ontspannen.

Om alles compleet te maken bieden wij GRATIS, GERESERVEERDE parking die voor het centrum een luxe is.

Dus zoals we in Louisiana zeggen: "Laissez le bon ton roulet!"

Perfect location for what i needed.

Overall our stay was great. Parking was a bit tricky though. Not good for people with big trucks lol. You never know if youll have a spot when you come back. But location was great.

Great stay in Baton Rouge

Overall the owner or manager was great fast responses and wanted feedback all the way along which is great customer service. Location is aging a bit and needs some repairs to the stairs but inside was great kept very clean and everything worked perfectly. The internet service was good and was able to stream any service we wanted.

Perfect for our weekend

A friend and I came for the Louisiana Marathon weekend and stayed at the property. It had everything we needed. Shower, coffee and two very comfortable beds. We would definitely consider this property next time we were in the area.

Paid in full for a last-minute booking, then radio silence from host on check-in day. No response via app, email, texts, calls—absolutely nothing. Save your money (and sanity)—avoid this nightmare at all costs!

Great Location! Walkable to everything. Clean and had all the basic kitchen and bath essentials. The negatives included- check in info arrived well after check-in time despite requests the day before. WiFi was too slow to stream anything on the smart tv. And cell signal wasn’t great. If you need to be connected to work or entertainment then unless there’s an upgrade to the WiFi, I would not recommend. The stairs and balcony are a little harrowing- avoid if you have any mobility issues. The AC was marginally effective and not entirely up to the summer heat and one of the beds was uncomfortable- prepare to roll to the middle.

Our stay was ok, good location for bowling tournament. Clean unit, but one bedroom the ceiling was leaking so the floor was wet. Bathtub hot water handle needs to be repaired and the deadbolt on the front door needs repaired as you cannot use the key on it. Contact with the host was terrible! After check in I received no communication! Sent several messages with zero response and no check out instructions so we had to just guess what we needed to do. Very disappointed in that.

Any further south and I’d feel like the property was in a “bad area”. But just close enough to downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and activities. The apartment itself is great - very clean, well accommodated, and comfortable. Almost had to leave the rental car in the street and walk the last 0.4 miles home, however, due to Baton Rouge having absolutely the worst traffic management system in the entire world. India has them beat. It took us 90 minutes to travel 2.5 miles to get back to the property. Unexplainable road closures everywhere. Police closing off one-way streets - with cars on them, mind you - and then telling us to simply “turn around and go another way”. Definitely book this place - but bring a jet pack.

This place is PERFECT for a few friends/family. The location is IMPECCABLE. Quick access to interstate and lots of parking. The only downfall is the beds are TOO comfortable. We were struggling to get up and moving. I will DEF rent this property again.

Nice place in the downtown district

The place was nice and quiet, looks like almost all the units are VRBO rentals. Stayed here for the LSU/A&M game. The apt was decent. It was clean and had a neat theme. It had blood or something on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. There was a slight roach problem, I spoke to the manager and they stated they do have a good regular pest control and this was a new issue in the area of town. It is not just the complex we stayed in, I won’t knock them for that. Things happen that are out of your control. They did come out of the drain pipes. The management was very open in communication and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. I would stay again, if I ever decide to visit Louisiana again.

Close location, walkable to downtown. Looked just how it is listed, great condition. Host was welcoming and had easy contact before/on arrival. Would recommend if staying in Baton Rouge!

My Louisiana roots run deep from the founding of the state. I've got the Cajun blood running through my veins. I enjoy travel, exploring new places, good music and especially good food. I'm always open to new experiences.

Setting up my place to share with Airbnb guest was a no-brainer. The downtown Baton Rouge scene has changed a lot over the years and has become the HOTSPOT in the city. I can direct you to places of interest, best restaurants, bars, pubs and other nightlife. Many of the best are walking distance from my places

I set my first unit up August 2017 and it became so popular I set up a second, a third, until now I have all 16 units in the same small, quiet building, all of which have that unique Louisiana vibe.

The units were set up as if I lived there. They have cool furnishings and some original Louisiana artist artwork, comfortable beds, thick towels and other amenities you may not think you needed to you saw them. My goal is to have you leave, appreciate the experience and make us your go-to spot when coming back to town. and appreciate your stay.

I'm an LSU alumn and enjoy my hometown teams, LSU and the New Orleans Saints, but won't hold anything against you for supporting your favorite teams. Our places are minutes up the road from LSU and two blocks from the pickup and drop off for the game day shuttle.

I'm in the real estate and mortgage businesses so I'm pretty much available all the time. If I'm tied up I certainly get back with you asap. I try to give guests space unless you need something and I'm there.

So with all that said you can book my place with confidence you'll get the most out of your visit to Baton Rouge.
