Beautiful Condo. Few inconveniences.
The property itself is beautiful!! Very quiet! East beach access! A closet stocked with beach chairs and a towels and a wagon! Also a cooker for use! We were disappointed to find out that they were painting the balconies when we got there so that did limit our use, which was one of the big reasons we booked this place. I do understand that maintenance is out of people's control. However, it should have been communicated before we got there that there would be times we would not be able to use the balcony and that they would be bringing the balcony furniture into the living room. I am sure the facility notified the owner/manager ahead of time. Also, only one balcony had furniture unlike the photos. One of the refrigerator drawers does not go to that refrigerator so every time a kid goes to get something out, you have to go fix the drawer. There was a gentleman who met us to let us in and then another gentleman on the app. Not sure who was managaer vs owner. The person managing communications did take 10 days to respond to questions when trying to plan our trip/packing so that was a little inconvenient also. The app says you will get checkin information 3 days before and we did not, you only meet someone at the door as these are private condos. They did tell us someone would meet us, we just did not understand all the details and expected more information after reading we would get so eone 3 days in advance. Dennis who met us was very kind and helpful! Overall great experience
