Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a view of Lake Hamilton. Located right off Central Avenue, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, boat/PWC rentals and Oaklawn racetrack. Only 9 miles to Magic Springs Theme Park and 7 miles to historic downtown Hot Springs which offers local shopping, restaurants, breweries/bars, hiking and scenic mountain drives.
This 1,554 square foot condo is located in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton and has boat dock access. This unit is great for weekend getaways or a week of relaxation. It features a large deck/patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Covered parking space is included along with high speed wifi and spectacular views of the sunset.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and attached master bathroom with a double sinks, full sized shower and jetted tub. There is a also a flat screen TV with a Roku.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and shared full size bathroom. It also features a flat screen TV with a Roku.
This unit comes with 2 twin portable beds with memory foam mattresses that can be set up either in the main living area or in the master bedroom.
Need more room? This condo is conveniently located near two hotels: Baymont by Wyndham and Staybridge Suites. Bourbon on the Bay, located in the Baymont hotel, is small local restaurant with a full bar and outside seating with a view of the lake and is within walking distance of the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Appliances include a dishwasher, full range, microwave, refrigerator, traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining table has seating for 6 in addition to 4 bar stools at the island. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
Linens provided include bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and kitchen cloths. All bedding is also included. Linens in this unit are washed and sanitized between every stay.

The host was very nice. The place was very clean and in a nice area. Close to main places. The only bad was remotes didn’t work for any of the tvs. And the master bath faucet constantly ran, the hot water handle is broken. Also, we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi password to work

We were very comfortable. Only issue was we could not figure out the TV in the main bedroom. Really was not a big deal. Everything was great.

Beautiful Place on Lake Hamilton
This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. They had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We plan to stay again.

The location was great for our visit. The carpet in the main bedroom could be replaced due to stains and the bathtub in the hall bath was slow draining.

Perfect stay! Just as described!
This place is conveniently located to lake, grocery, shopping, and other fun activities, yet private and secure. It was nice & clean and had everything we needed! The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely book this place again!
