Ons onlangs gerenoveerde appartement met uitzicht op de oceaan in een gezinsvriendelijk resort in Myrtle Beach is perfect voor het hosten van uw vakantie of golfuitje. Het appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers slaapt comfortabel 12 volwassenen en heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Met deze hoogwaardige voorzieningen op het terrein verlaat u het resort nooit: buitenzwembad met toegang tot de oceaan, luie rivier en kinderspeelplaats, verwarmd binnenzwembad, jacuzzi's, fitnesscentrum, restaurants en supermarkt. Plan uw reis nu voordat dit juweeltje van een appartement wordt geboekt!

De nabijheid van het strand samen met de upgrades en voorzieningen van het resort maken dit appartement een betaalbaar juweeltje waar onbetaalbare herinneringen kunnen worden gemaakt.

The condo was great. Lots of space for our family and an easy walk to the beach. They also have tons of beach items readily available right there for you to use. Effective communication and everything was very clean. Had such a great time!

The condo was as described and was perfect for our group! It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. I will say, parking is terrible and the parking garage is a pain. The building only has 2 elevators and they run very slow.

I’ve been to the hotel many times before but this time was different and for the good. The room was clean and easy to access. No need to wait in the check in line. We went directly to the room where parking pass and a welcome book awaited. The property is nicely managed and the pool was a great addition. Ocean view was great to see about how full the beach may be. Did I mention the ease of access to the room? No key card to keep up with, only a passcode set for your stay provided by the host (time saver). All amenities were available. I will be letting my friends, family and coworkers know about this rental due to its easy booking. Local restaurants took care of many hungry mouths but they have a kitchen as well for those mid day sandwiches or late night snacks. Great host, great location. Thank you!!!!

The location was very close to you the convention center, which was where we were going to spend the bulk of our activities. Access to the beach is super simple. The indoor pool is heavily chlorinated and extremely loud. The balconies off the indoor pool were all closed. The condo itself was clean and livable.

Applied a cleaning fee after telling the group that cleaning wasnt necessary from us. We stilled cleaned some and got told it wasnt enough. Terrible. When asked about it, no response was given.

We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable experience and maintain consistently high standards for our property. While routine departure cleaning is included in our standard cleaning fee, this reservation required substantial additional remediation beyond normal turnover expectations, including excessive sand throughout the unit, excessive trash removal, and stained linens/towels requiring replacement. No concerns or complaints about the property were reported during the stay, and we provided supporting documentation regarding the additional post-stay cleaning charges. We encourage future guests to review our many positive reviews, which reflect the experience we work hard to provide.

This is a well maintained condo that has lots of space. We were a group of 6 adults and felt very comfortable. Great location to beach and restaurants . Owners were wonderful with communication!

We rode bikes from Ohio only to find out that no bikes were allowed to park in the garage. Had to buy a pass for 50 to park at the meters on the street. This should have been disclosed when booking. The condo was not very clean. There was dust under tables, around baseboards, on furniture etc......my boyfriend got a piece of glass in his hand from a cracked glass in the cupboard. Unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback. The property is subject to HOA parking rules that limit onsite parking to standard passenger vehicles and prohibit motorcycles on the property. We were not informed prior to arrival that your group would be traveling by motorcycle, and would have gladly discussed the parking restrictions had we known. We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding cleanliness and the damaged glass. Mother's Day vacation

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Had 5 women staying and there was plenty of seating in the home and in the balcony. Garage parking was easy access to the room.

Over the years, we’ve traveled to beaches all over the country, but there’s just something special about Myrtle Beach: 60 miles of beautiful white sand, a relaxed coastal atmosphere, warm summer water, incredible sunrises, great restaurants, and a fun, family-friendly vibe. We love coming here to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the ocean, and we hope you’ll love it here too.

We absolutely love this location. The beach is only about a one-minute walk away, and the ocean view from the balcony is one of our favorite parts of staying here.

The Sand Dunes Resort offers great amenities for both couples and families, including oceanfront lounge areas, pools, a lazy river, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, onsite dining, and the popular oceanfront Salt & Lime restaurant.

Another reason we chose this area is that it offers a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy downtown boardwalk and main pier area, while still being only minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping, golf, and attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

One of our favorite things about the condo is the ocean view and private balcony. Being on the 6th floor gives you a great perspective of the beach while still being quick and easy to access by elevator or stairs.

We also like that the parking garage only goes up to the 5th floor, so there are no units directly underneath us, which helps keep the condo quieter and more private.

Most importantly, we work hard to keep the condo clean, comfortable, and welcoming so guests can truly relax and enjoy their stay at the beach.
