Very Nice Stay

Beautiful property inside and out. Great location. Thoughtfully stocked with games for family entertainment. We were very comfortable and very pleased to see the personal touches. Definitely would stay again.

OBX oasis

A super retreat for a couple. Decorated beautifully and your every need is here! After a day at the beach, relax under the trees and a hot tub is at your disposal. An A++ stay for us!

Gorgeous, cozy, & amazingly accommodating stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon at the end of June and everything was amazing! The home was gorgeous, cleanly and offered many different bonus attractions (bikes, hot tub, games, drinks and snacks, ideas of landmarks to visit and local food spots to try ). The details that Ashley and Aaron included in our stay were so greatly appreciated! When we come back to the OBX, we will definitely book our stay with them again!

This property epitomizes pride and hospitality, it was spotless and well appointed, with lots of small cozy touches. Ashley and Aaron are amazing, friendly and helpful. It was by far my best rental, would highly recommend!

Top Notch accommidations! Super friendly and helpful hosts.

Ashely and Aaron have a great space with lots of ammenities in a central location that's perfect for exploring the Outer Banks. They gave us some great advice before and during our stay so we could make the most of our trip. We enjoyed the secluded back yard and private entrance, and especially the hot tub after a long day of adventure. Hopefully I'll get to visit them again soon.

What a Retreat should be

We could not have had better accommodations if we had stayed at a 5-star resort. Location, amenities, recommendations, hospitality - all was perfection. If we are ever in the area again, we will not even look to stay anywhere else. This will always be our first choice!

Efficient and lovely!

We loved it! Perfect for a short stay. I knew it didn't have a stove. It would have been nice to have a grill or hot plate. Super cozy! It got a little stuffy in the bedroom. A ceiling fan would have cured that! Awesome nonetheless!!!

Great home near the beach

Great home in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from the busier area by the beach. The home was very clean and well stocked with great amenities. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach with plenty of free public parking. Host was very responsive up to and during our stay if we needed anything. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

Family fun

Perfect getaway for our little family. My four year old loved all the toys and games and we loved that we were told they were there meaning we didn’t even have to pack anything extra to keep her occupied! Fresh flowers, snacks, and variety of beverages were small awesomeness that made downtime moments so much easier and furniture was super comfy!

Just what the doctor ordered!

Everything was perfect! The house was even better than the pictures. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and just being able to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially if you have little ones because the house is stocked with games, puzzles, toys and movies.

Much needed relaxation

Found in a quiet little neighborhood off the beaten path. Private and peaceful. Not far from beach access and plenty of food and shops nearby. The decor was beautifully done. We found ourselves saying “Are you ready to head home?” at the end of each day In reference to our VRBO. Highly recommend. Would 100% stay again!

Amazing clean and friendly! :)

everything met our expectations, the house was clean with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and even a hair dryer. The fridge was stocked with drinks and they even had snacks and coffee ready to go! plenty of board games, a wii, and movies in case you want a night in. The people who own it were very friendly and had continuous communication with us. This is the best property I’ve stayed in and I look forward to coming back next year!

Cozy Family Getaway

We arrived to a wonderfully cozy place and had the best week. The owners are not just in this to make some extra cash. The hospitally is top notch. We traveled with a 10 month old and when we arrived there were toys, blankets, and snacks provided completely to our surprise. Our baby loved the place and it quickly felt like home. The pictures dont do the patio or yard justice. It is truly a beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend this place for a trip to the OBX.

Wonderful Stay, Friendly Hosts, w/ a homey vibe

The most valuable aspect for us was the privacy of the property. The dedicated pathway and entrance were very nice and helped us feel that we could go in and out without disrupting the hosts. The hosts also do a fantastic job communicating expectations, with many of our questions having been answered via the binder provided on the coffee table, which served to outline general guidelines for our stay. For any other questions not explicitly answered in the binder, we had no issues contacting the hosts and receiving a prompt response. The space was very homey and there was a lot to do for the handful of rainy days we encountered during our vacation. This was my partner and I’s first time visiting OBX and this property and the hosts served as the perfect introduction to the area. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the area and we plan on returning next time we find ourselves in the Outer Banks!

The space was very well appointed with decorations and thoughtful offerings from shampoo/conditioner to drinks & snacks in the kitchenette. There were plenty of good books & games but we were on the go too much to utilize them ourselves. You are in a neighborhood but close to everything at the same time.

The pictures didn't do this property justice. It had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our first trip to the Outer Banks. It was centrally located to just about everything. The property itself was very relaxing and spa like. The amount of thought and attention to detail were astounding.

Amazing Hosts and Property!!!

Aaron and Ash have a great little rental. This was perfect for our family of 3 but can easily accommodate 5-6 adults! Super close to the beach and all things Outer Banks. Proactive hosts and sent us alll the recommendations for their area. Would highly recommend their place 10/10!!

Green Gables at OBX is the place to be!

Nestled in a quiet residential area, this location was PERFECT for our home base. Centrally located within the beach community, it was so easy to go on our little excursions during the day and come back for a quick change, bite to eat, or nap before going into the next activity. Would love to come again!
