Dit prachtige huis in lodge-stijl ligt in een aantrekkelijke wijk in het zuiden van Eureka en het is de perfecte thuisbasis voor een avontuur. Binnenin vind je een ruime plattegrond en een aparte speelkamer uitgerust met een pingpongtafel, dus wees niet bang om je gasten uit te dagen voor een vriendschappelijke wedstrijd om te zien wie de echte koning of koningin van ping-pong is! Er is een formele woonkamer met voldoende zitplaatsen voor 10 personen en een grote tv, perfect voor ontspanning. Er is een tweede familiekamer met tv en BluRay en een open haard op gas om de plaats op te warmen. De keuken is de droom van elke amateurkok! Het beschikt over een groot eiland, twee ovens, alle benodigde benodigdheden en een ontbijthoek! Buiten biedt uw eigen terras gasten voldoende ruimte om te verblijven en zelfs een paar comfortabele stoelen. Tall Trees Lodge is een vrij unieke vakantiewoning omdat het beschikt over een kleine boomhut, iets dat niet alle huizen hebben, en een ruime tuin om in te spelen!

Probeer verschillende en geweldige eetgelegenheden - alles wat u hoeft te doen is letterlijk buiten uw vakantiewoning stappen om een overvloed aan restaurants, coffeeshops en meer te vinden! Je bent minder dan 49 mijl ten noorden of zuiden van een van onze Redwood-parken, in de buurt van het Headwaters Forest, de baai, Eureka's Waterfront Trail en de oude binnenstad van Eureka. Het prachtige dorp Ferndale ligt op 19 mijl afstand van u en de adembenemende stranden van Trinidad liggen op 23 mijl afstand. Blijf en heb plezier aan de kust!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of small issues that were immediately addressed by the property managers. My kids really appreciated the backyard treehouse and the jetted tub. Very close to the zoo and not far from many redwood forests and beaches. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best time. The house is the perfect size ! Lots of room to roam! House was clean. Very close to the Henderson center. The back yard and game room is perfect for families. We will be back !

Beautiful spacious house

This house would be perfect for a family get together. There is plenty of space both outdoors and indoors. It is tastefully furnished with both a living room and a family room, a formal and informal dining room and spacious well stocked kitchen. There is a master bathroom and an additional bathroom downstairs.

It was clean and spacious. Had most essentials in kitchen. Table game room was fun. Beds were comfortable. Provided dish washing and laundry detergents. Nice backyard. Great base to explore the area.

Beautiful home

This house was very spacious and comfortable with lots of light. It had a living room plus a family room, a dining room plus a breakfast nook. The kitchen had lots of cooking space and was well stocked. Beds in the four rooms were comfortable. There were two deck spaces and a separate building with games for plenty of people. The only problem we had was bathroom access at night. There are three bedrooms upstairs and the only upstairs bathroom is within the master bedroom. The other bathroom is down two half flights of stairs. Otherwise the house was quite wonderful. Unfortunately there are no longer any tall trees.

Extremely outdated

Unfortunately this will be our last time staying at this property. We absolutely love the backyard but that is the only thing we like. The beds are squeaky and you won’t have a good nights sleep. Over half the dishes were dirty but yet they were put away in the cabinets. The bathrooms had hair everywhere as if someone shaved and it didn’t get cleaned up. There was a beanbag in the upstairs office area and we found what appeared to be feces on it. The rules for this home are absolutely outrageous you feel as if you can’t do anything yet you have paid for your stay. The owners should consider making some serious changes to this property.

Nice home - needs attention

The house is lovely and comfortable and it was easy to get around. Other than some cobwebs up near the high ceiling, it was very clean. The deck is lovely, but needs repair in places. The gas grill was not usable as it was rusted and the grill is worn out. There are alot of stairs. I would not recommend this for a handi-capped person. The master bedroom is very large. There are stairs going up to the bathroom and jacuzzi tub from the master bedroom. There is one small bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is spacious, but we had issues with the oven warming up and the refrigerator leaked water (could be the drain pan). The trash and recycleables were overflowing and staying 5 days with 8 adults and 2 infants we had a lot of trash we had to find room for. We had to buy trash bags as there were no extras in the house.

So Many Great Features......One Bad

These are so many things to like about this house....living/shared spaces are comfortable and spacious, outdoor game room was nice (bring your own paddles and balls if you care about your ping pong game), the tree house at the back of the yard was a delightful find for a 4 year old, the kitchen was set up well to allow more that two in the kitchen at a time, the fireplace was such a nice asset on cool fall mornings and evening, tables in various locations so dining could be flexible, two off-street parking spots.......many things to like! The ONE (pretty big) detractor is the bathroom set up. There is one bedroom downstairs with a bathroom next to it. Others have commented that this bathroom is small. It's fine. The problem is that this bathroom is the only communal bathroom and the other two bedrooms needing to share it are up one and a half flights of stairs. Okay unless you need to use it during the night....or when the occupants of the master suite are sleeping. The master suite is huge and has it's own private bathroom 4 steps up from the bed and through 2 extra doors.....not even that convenient for those staying in the suite. It made it awkward and inconvenient for the other party members to use when needed. There is a windowless office/closet on the upper level near the other two bedrooms that is difficult to imaging what you would use it for.....this house would be terrific if that space could be converted to a 3rd bathroom.

Spacious and enjoyable

We had a great stay, room enough for everyone! The bed in the primary bedroom was super squeaky, so it was hard for two people to sleep in without waking the other up, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and really had a blast in the game room and put back playing cornhole!

Great place to gsther

First get-together of good friends since covid began. Good location.. Good kitchen to cook in. Lots of places indoors and out to gather. Beds were comfortable. Do be aware the only bathroom upstairs is in the largest bedroom. It is huge and we shared..

Lots of room!

Our family plus another couple (7 adults total) stayed here so we could attend a graveside service for my parents. It was a roomy house with a lovely backyard and deck. The wifi was good and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for our needs. We had a very good experience with Vacasa's management. However, I wish I had known a couple of things before choosing this house: This is a multi-level home (four sets of stairs). There is one large bathroom in an oversized master bedroom, and one very small bathroom near the bedroom located on the lowest level of the house. The other two bedrooms are located two sets of stairs above this bathroom. In our case, the adults from three bedrooms shared this one inconveniently-located bathroom. In addition, there were not enough towel racks for the amount of people sharing the bath. Also, the website indicates the house has cable, but the cable was very limited.

Great for a big group

We loved our stay at this house. The two living rooms were great for the kids and adults to separate and hang out. It is on a busy street, and with no air conditioning we needed to sleep with the windows open so it was a little loud. But overall a great place for the price. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice, large, family friendly

Overal the place is nice. Very much an 80’s home but plenty of space. Jetted tub was great. Would have been helpful to have dish soap as well as dishwashing pods as we had to buy our own. Was also missing hotpads or oven mitts and a wine bottle opener.
