Deze ruime 5 slaapkamers, 4 in bad huis gelegen in Bakval, een van de meest luxe woonwijk van Aruba gebieden. Het is gewoon een paar minuten lopen van het beroemde Palm Beach van Aruba en de luxe Marriott Hotel & Resort. Deze prachtige villa werd grondig gerenoveerd in 2008. Eigenschappen grote familiekamer met kabel-tv, gratis wifi, gloednieuwe moderne keuken, en buiten was. De villa is comfortabel slapen 10-12 personen. Buiten vindt u prachtige tuinen rondom een ??gloednieuw zwembad, hot tub, swim up bar bij het zwembad, en een ruime veranda om buiten te eten en entertainment.

Bob the host was amazing answering all our questions before we arrived at the house. Even when we were at the house, he was available to answer questions. We found the house to be very spacious. Plenty of space to spread out. He has stocked the house with beach towels, beach chairs and even coolers if you forget yours. We found a great guy on the beach between Ritz and Marriott- Sunshine Rentals that rented us 4 chairs and Umbrella very inexpensive for a few days. Even had lilly pads in the water to enjoy. ( Eddie Money was his name).Plenty of space for multiple cars. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Walking to the beach is doable but we didn't want to carry our stuff, so we drove.We will definitely go back. I would say to remember to bring laundry detergent, and paper products such as napkins or papertowels. Plenty of ice trays and Ice maker.Thank you Bob for letting us stay! With 3 from Annapolis MD

Everything our host described to us was exactly the way it appeared. Check-in was easy and seamless. The house was extremely spacious for the eight of us. It was so homey and cozy, with plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped and on top of each other. Everything was in good condition, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for the entire week! The rooms were comfy and cozy, the air-conditioning was amazing, and the highlight was the pool/backyard! We had such a nice time hanging out by the pool and having a beverage or snack outdoors, listening to music and laying out on loungers enjoying the beautiful weather! The beach was walkable as were the markets. When we felt like getting around or going to another beach, we were easily picked up by taxi or walked over to the bus stop. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, were all provided and appreciated! This was our first time renting an in Aruba and a wonderful time was had by all! Thanks to our host!

Stay here for the best location & large, lovely home

There were 6 of us and the place was spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed…towels, washer/dryer, cooler, beach chairs, dishes, hair dryers, etc.The location was great. Ten minute walk to the beach, and shops are a tiny bit further.The host was very responsive and provided so much helpful information about the area. Easy to find the home. Lots of parking. Huge, private back yard with chairs, pool, grill, pool floats, places to hang beach towels. Beautiful landscaping and we heard and saw lots of birds. There is a grocery store a few blocks away. WiFi worked well.Great for large family, or a group of friends. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful

Great place with a great location. Bob was awesome at answering my questions in a very quick manner. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool was beautiful and very well kept. Only thing would be maybe updating the pillows in the bedrooms but seriously this place is where you want to stay!!! Close to everything.

Happy Island Visit

We stayed a week at this perfectly located home with a great space for family. Lovely patio with big pool. Nice open space in and out. Close to beaches and restaurants, recommend a car as difficult to walk but still an ideal location. Host was very accommodating. Lots of towels and beach chairs making our trips to the beach much more enjoyable. Thanks for a great week!

Our group of 8 adults enjoyed this property for a week. Property is clean, everything works as it should, pool is great. My only suggestion would be to provide access to the back yard through the drive in gate so people can use the outdoor shower without tracking sand through the house

Aruba Friend/Family Getaway

Bob was great to work with and very responsive. We loved the pool area. So nice to relax when you get back from a day of activities. The kids really loved it too. 5 nice size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an outdoor shower. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

Aruba Awesomeness

The property in Aruba was exactly like the listing. The property is beautiful! The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking items. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and outdoor area was where we spent most of our time. Bob was wonderful to work with. Since it was our first trip to Aruba, we asked for recommendations about things to do and places to eat. We received a thorough list from Bob. Bobchecked on us multiple times throughout the week, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home in this property! If we ever make it back to Aruba, there is no question that I will reach out to Bob for availability of his home.

We had a Great time !

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. We were 8 people and had lots of space. The Villa is very spacious and has a good layout. The Location is Great, 11 min walk to one of the best beaches in Aruba. Bob, was a very helpful host and super fast in responding to any questions. Its not the newest villa on the block, but definitely meets all expectations. We will be coming back for sure ! thanks Bob !

Great time at Coconut Villa

We had a great stay at Bob's place. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. We knew we wanted to stay in Noord so this worked out great. The house is very spacious, there were six adults, and everyone had their own room. Also 4 bathrooms and an outside shower was great. The water could have been hotter but was perfect for me. Pool area and outside space was fabulous, and we relaxed there in the afternoons and evenings. This is a 15-minute walk to the Marriot and the Ritz so pretty easy access to the beaches, keep in mind though that you can't hire beach chairs etc. but the house comes with chairs and towels. I slept very well bed was comfortable. You need cabs to get most places, but it is walking distance if you are OK walking. we rented "bird's" and loved riding them to the beaches where we snorkeled and saw beautiful fish. We would certainly consider staying at this house again should we visit Aruba, Thanks Bob!

Family Christmas

We were a family of 8, ages 13 to 87! The house was massive, super clean, very spacious, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. We didn’t even need a car it was close to everything. The property was incredible, the pool spectacular. Bob was a great host, very responsive and the cleaners were very friendly and accommodating when we got there, they even brought us beer! The island is so amazing, small enough that we saw every corner. Powder white sand and calm waters on one side, wild, uninhabited, raw and stunningly beautiful on the other. We will be back as soon as we can. Could not have been better for our family Christmas. Thank you Bob, for sharing your house with us.

Coconut Villa

When we arrived, the property didn't look like it had been occupied or cleaned for months. Very dusty dirty floors. Some mouse or anole poop on the floors. Dead cockroaches in two bedrooms and inside the kitchen oven. No sheets on the beds. Spent the first day cleaning it up to our standard. After that we had an enjoyable time. Ron

Aruba Stay after Christmas

We arrived on 12/26 and getting into house was simple, Bob sent instructions and were right on target! We turned A/C on and went out and enjoyed the pool after grocery shopping. House is very, very roomy and we almost never used the living room because we were out by the pool or at the beach. Kitchen had all we needed as we only used for breakfast and lunch and went out. Taxi's found the house so wasn't a problem but make sure of the price up front. The house is as shown in pictures. Nothing fancy but good for our family of 9. There is a shortcut to the Marriott when you go out of the house you turn right and go across some grass. Hard to see at night so turn on your camera flashlight. We took a rolling cooler to the beach no problem (followed the concrete road) and rented an umbrella for $30/day but took chairs from house. Don't take beach towels, they have them. I prefer to stay on the beach myself, but honestly, this is the way to go! If you are there on New Years Eve - you can see fireworks from every angle! Could not believe how many went. Every which way you looked, you could see them!

Fantastic pool & swim up bar!

Great location, perfectly set up for a large group with great separation of space. Large bedroom suites, kitchen, family rooms and outdoor space. The pool and swim up bar are on point. We all had a great trip and would certainly stay again. Close to everything helped to make this an idea VRBO.
