Very clean property…. Since there are two floors, we had plenty of room for our family of 11. Loved the horses in the backyard!

Well kept comfortable stay!

A group of 8 adults stayed for 1 night after visiting Capitol Reef National Park. Very comfortable beds, clean, well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen for anything but coffee, but it appeared to be well equipped. I would recommend this cute home.

The house itself was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all of the amenities we need. The location is convenient to the nearby towns and Capital Reef. The only concern I'll raise is the yard. When you pull in to the driveway, it is overgrown with weeds and does not look cared for. Fortunately, when you go in the house it is a different story! Everything was great.

We loved this house. It was well equipped and easy to find. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied. We would stay again.

Great for 2 families

This property looks like it was renovated. It was a great space, two levels which could be used by two different families. There is a set of washer/dryers both upstairs and down, a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor. It is also fairly close to Capitol Reef. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable space, and especially liked the big dining table and the notebook where travelers can leave a message. It was a well thought out rental and my only complaint would be the tall weeds that blocked the stairway leading to the front door. Overall, we had a great stay here.

I recently spent some time at this place and highly recommend it to everyone! The space is very spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. Great location near Capitol Reef National Park

6 of us (adult friends) stayed here 4 nights and it’s a great location, close to Capitol Reef Park , quiet, with a nice deck for watching sunrise/sunset/stars.

Quite location and clean!
