Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #107. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, stall shower, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay right on the water and close to a lot if things to do.

RUN! and FAST!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was checking out this condo for a client, as I am a travel agent and I never recommend a place I haven't experienced firsthand. Smelled of mildew right upon entering. There were obvious evidence of prior water damage that they covered up. Beautiful huge jacuzzi tub quickly became gross as the finish was worn through a large portion of the bottom of the tub. Shower was like a camper shower-way too small. The beds were concrete blocks. Slept on top of a row of pillows on the worn out couch. Pull out couch had mold on it. Had a heated pad on it with broken wires. Fireplace was not working. Heat was broken- would stay at 62-brrr. We would try to raise it and it would blast HOT for a couple minutes then turn off. Did not put enough TP for length of stay- how cheap- so we had to go and buy some. Was told by management that my reservations stated they don't provide "housekeeping". Wow. TP should be a staple! Management was notified right off the bat but did not seem to care. Kitchen was stocked with utensils-odds and ends that looked like they were from garage sales so much that there was zero room to put groceries. Too bad, with proper TLC, this could be a great spot right on the bay. Would have booked this a lot for clients. Most uncomfortable resort I have ever stayed in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect.

Great spot for a couple

The unit is clean and roomy. The location is great as the beach and some restaurants are within easy walking distance. The beach and a great view are right out the rear sliding door. My only complaint would be that the fold out couch is worn and very uncomfortable to try sleeping on. Also the twin

Great location but a bit outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located on the beach which is ideal for beach lovers. The beach is well maintained, groomed every morning and includes a boat rental. The condo has a few issues that needed attention. The couches are very uncomfortable so be prepared if you are stuck inside for a day or two. The bed is firm. Kind of like a cement slab, so be prepared for that if you have issues with firm mattresses. The bathroom is good. I would prefer a larger shower verses a jet bath tub because, who takes a bath? The kitchen had a few issues. The toaster did not work well, there were 20+ coffee cups which limited the space for storing food if you do buy groceries that need to be put away. It was outdated and was also missing a few utensils, which is not a deal breaker but, if you cook a lot, it matters. The patio chairs were very cheap and I had to put one of the chairs back together after a bolt flew off. I would not stay in this unit again because I have rented another unit in the building that completely updated with a newer kitchen, comfortable bed and had a walk in shower.
