Clean and close to the beach! Full kitchen with some olive oil, salt/pepper/seasonings and left over tea bags and coffee. Which was nice that we didn't have to buy salt and pepper etc.

We loved the unit, location, and deck!!! Being up high we always had a breeze and the sun. The bedroom was large as was the bathroom. It is a very comfortable space.

Beach Week

This is our second stay at Neil’s condo and we absolutely love it. The location is great, it is a beautiful condo that is very clean and well maintained. We already cannot wait to come again!

Location, location

Quiet location, easy access to beach and bike path. Rental had ample room and well furnished for an extended stay for two adults. Owner communication was outstanding.

Fantastic!

We had such a great stay! It was the perfect spot for our family of 3 and first trip to the beach. We had a small AC problem the first night, but the owners really took care of us quickly and it ended up being perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, well definitely be booking again!

Nice Property

Property was nice and as depicted in the photos. Had one question to the owner while we were on the property to which he was very responsive and courteous with. I would recommend staying at this property.

This is an exceptional condo! Clean, well-maintained, and close to the beach. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return. The owners are very responsive to any questions you have.

Great Condo!

This was a lovely condo with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when renting vacation units. The owner was great to work with and with the hurricane Ian hitting Florida just days before we were to arrive, and not knowing where it would hit next, kept nervous travelers updated on the conditions in Hilton Head. We hope to stay here the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Perfect Hilton Head week

Shipyard is a great community and Beachwalk is in the best location. Leave your car at the unit and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Clean and spacious unit with great communication from the owner. Definitely looking to do it again!

Spacious One Bedroom

We had a fabulous stay at this property. We love staying in Shipyard, but we often have too much room for just the two of us. This unit was the perfect size for us. We appreciated the ease of communication with Neil for a few questions we had. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent Retreat

Fantastic experience! Condo was in excellent condition with easy access to the beach or pool. Bike trails were within seconds from the parking lot in a very private setting. We appreciate letting us vacation in your condo! Mac & Beth

A Perfect Place

You cannot get a better location. Easy acess to Harbour Town, the cross island freeway, the pool and a simple walk across to the beach. The codo is equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is beachy and airy and being on upper floor gives plenty of privacy.

This property was very clean, incredibly well stocked and in a great spot, so close to the beach. Easy communication with the owner and absolutely zero issues with anything. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Loved the furnishings at 106 Beachwalk

Neil and Kim's condo was super clean (fresh paint) and very well furnished. We appreciated the recliner in living room and desk in the large bedroom--amenities that are not usually found in one bedroom Hilton Head rentals. Our week was fabulous, and it was easy to communicate with Neil.
