A living room with non-convertible sofa - 4 bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - 3 bathrooms with shower - 3 toilets - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (washer -dishes, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A large terrace.
It is also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi. .
Location: This house is located approximately 650 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Mandatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Extras (by reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Rental of household linen (sheets + towels): included.
- Baby bed: €10 per day.
- Beach towel: €10 per sheet.
- Intermediate cleaning package: €150.
- Late arrival (after reception opening hours): €20.
- Animal admitted only on request: €20 per animal per day.
