Positief: Netheid, inchecken, locatie en accuraatheid advertentie
Overall, nice stay. Some areas for improvement
- overall clean (linens and towels, kitchen general areas, appliances)
- kitchen well appointed
- some dishwasher tabs, shampoo/soap/conditioner to start
- check in process easy
- right near pool, restaurants, Disney
- easy entrance with security
- nice view
- spacious
- close to Publix
- Had its own entrance and not shared with others

Areas for Improvement
- we’d been there for an hour and the property manager knocked as we were changing for the pool and then, when we couldn’t get to the door quickly, let himself in. It was awkward. He mentioned that they had a Ring doorbell (and we could see it) so they must have known we were there
- the areas around door handles were dirty throughout
- the door stopper on the patio is not easily seen — I broke my toe when I was moving around the outside table to clean it
- raccoon: I called the management company when it came to our patio. They came with a trap right away but didn’t catch the raccoon and took it away the next day. The raccoon also approached us twice at the pool, once it came under my chair and a lady was yelling at me to move
- the battery on the smoke detector died and the upstairs smoke detector chirped. I called and they said they were going to send someone: they never came. Had to switch sleeping rooms because of it
- over themed: we love Disney and are annual pass holders but this place was over the top and tacky. We counted 60+ Disney framed photos. Just too much
- handle on the laundry room door was
