De slaapkamer is uitgerust met een queensize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer. De gast slaapkamer biedt ook een Queen bed, de gast badkamer ligt net buiten de gast slaapkamer.
Goed uitgeruste keuken met eet-in ontbijtbar. Er is ook een eettafel met 4 stoelen. De keuken is versierd met geweldig groen granieten aanrecht en alle roestvrijstalen apparaten! Geweldige prep-ruimte op de bar voor degenen die graag entertainen! Natuurlijk licht stroomt door de schuif naar de waterkant! Perfect Keys Stay

We loved the house. Boat docking was convenient and easy. Loved fishing from the canal. Caught some keeper snappers for dinner and hooked a few tarpon. Saw manatees and sharks swim by. Nice walk to Sunset Park. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect 50th birthday trip!

This house is absolutely stunning inside and out. The location couldn’t babe been more perfect. The boat dock and pool made it super easy to enjoy every day to the fullest.

Excellent

We had a wonderful experience. The pool was refreshing, beds comfortable, ice machine and bait freezer perfect as we rented a 30 ft boat for fishing that we kept at the property. Hoses and cleaning station came in handy. Nice showers and awesome kitchen in house and patio. Great neighbors including the live bait supplier across the canal.

The BEST Stay Ever!

This is the best vacation rental that we have stayed at in the Key's! The neighborhood - Key Colony is wonderful - safe, family oriented, all around A+! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The bait freezer, ice machine, and pool were such wonderful added bonuses! As hosts on VRBO ourselves we are "Picky" about where we stay and this place definitely met our expectations and beyond! We feel that we have found our place in the keys for future visits! Does the job

Great location and easy access to everything in Marathon and beyond. If you’re lucky, you may see some manatees in the canal! Clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Be aware that there are only the bare essentials as far as kitchenware, dinnerware, and toiletries, so plan accordingly.

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved Key Colony Beach! Our place was very nice. We especially liked the deck and pool and fishing in the canal. We saw manatees, a shark, and even a man-of- war. The house had everything we needed. We liked it a lot and I would stay there again. However, upon arrival we had to clean the microwave ( looked like splattered pizza inside) and the table had dried on food of some kind. Not terrible, but it must have gotten overlooked when the place was last cleaned. It was no big deal to clean ourselves. It just made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly, especially considering COVID. Also we thought the sheets and towels were a bit old and thin. Seemed like it is time for some replacements. All that being said , the house was comfortable, roomy, and very nice!

KCB life

Been coming to KCB for decades for the water activities; snorkeling, swimming, boating and eating fresh seafood. Special memories for me and my family. Place rented was perfect for what we wanted. Needs a broom to sweep the leaves away from around the pool.

Wonderful!

Amazing location! Super comfortable house. Very quiet. Very poor communication with Jessica. Took three emails to get her to replace broken shower curtain. I understand need for consolidation of linens during Covid, but if 5 people are in your party then 5 bath towels and 5 beach towels should be provided. Had to purchase beach towels. Jessica never responded to that request. House very well maintained. Ice maker was wonderful! pool small but exactly what we needed to cool off. Would highly recommend! Kitchen was very well equipped.

Great 2 bedroom rental with small pool. Excellent location close to waterway at end of canal for ease of access to Gulf and Atlantic. First level ice maker was convenient for restocking drink coolers on boat. Good dockage for boat. Recommend increasing length of hose at dock to accommodate 30' boat and adding short hose for fishing cleaning station. Purchased a couple cutting-matts to add to the kitchen furnishings. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely home

We stayed for seven days and the community is very nice. The pool is small but we enjoyed it very much. The gated porch upstairs was perfect for the three year old in our party as well as the gate downstairs from the pool to the street. Driveway is very spacious, the living area was also very spacious. Kitchen and rooms are very comfortable. The view of the canal made for a great view. The pizza place in Key Colony was delish. Pizza and wings are a must!
