10/10 vacation spot! A group of 40-something girlfriends from college stayed here for a long weekend/reunion and it was absolutely perfect. Spacious for everyone, perfect location to all the best spots in 30A, and wonderful amenities. Not one complaint!

We had the best experience staying at the Sea Lily! We were able to check in early, the house was beautiful & clean and in the best location. A quick 1 minute walk to the pool and less than 5 to Rosemary Beach & the beach.

I’ve traveled to a lot of properties…I am 76…and stayed at wonderful places and I would rate this home the best! Sparkling clean, new, spacious with great beds and bathrooms, excellent kitchen, family room and covered decks. A gem!

Weekend getaway

We loved the house, and the location. It was so nice to not have to fight for parking spaces as your normally do in Rosemary Beach. The decks on the house are amazing as well as home. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property. A perfect fit for our large family vacation trip. Three King suites was perfect for our three sets of adults. Lisa was an excellent host throughout the process and stay. We will definitely stay here again! The SeaLily was awesome!

Wonderful!

Sea Lily is a perfectly appointed, spacious and very comfortable home. The pool is a 2 minute walk, the beach 7 minutes! The kitchen is well stocked. PERFECT home for groups or family!

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful stay! The home is very welcoming and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you would need. Living spaces are comfortable for a large group. Location is excellent. Easy walk to the beach. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are an easy walk or bike ride. Pool is beautiful. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Our group of 16 loved this house and can't recommend it enough!

This home exceeded our expectations for a week spent celebrating the end of high school and my daughter's 18th birthday. We've stayed at many locations over the past 10yrs in 30A and this one by far was one of the best. From the cleanliness to thoughtful consideration of guests, including those with young children and babies (would have been so nice when my girls were young), SeaLily was top notch! There was plenty of room for all 18 of us (15 and up) and I really don't think the pictures of the property truly showcase how nice this home is. With easy access to shopping, food, pool and the beach along with great owners, I would highly recommend for a large group!

Perfect house for large groups!

Wow! We had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was a great house for multiple families especially with kids. It was well stocked especially with items for children (kids dishes, high chair, baby gates, pack n play, etc). It felt like they thought of everything! Great location as it was a quick and easy walk to the beach, pool, & local shops. The house was very clean upon arrival. The layout was perfect for our large family with 4 masters. The upstairs balcony was awesome for viewing fireworks on the 4th of July.

30-A Vacay!

This house is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS in every way! We had 16 adults stay in this home with plenty of elbow room to spare. The layout of SEALILY is perfect for adult groups and more than perfect for groups that have multiple families with children. Because the location is so ideal, we parked our cars and did not move them until we checked out. The third floor, oversized porch was a favorite among our group because held all of us on rainy afternoons and late night hangouts. We loved your home, Lisa Howard!!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

We had 6 adults and 1 infant. The house had more than enough room for all of us. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, plus much more and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and shops. It is a beautiful home and the whole family gives it 5 stars! Fabulous home and great location!

The home was well appointed with anything you might need for a comfortable stay. The decor was beautiful! The location couldn't have been better with close walk to pool or beach and tram available as well! The host has been very quick to respond to any questions or needs! The whole family gives it 5 stars and we cannot wait to return.

Beware of Strict Pool

The Sea Lily Villa was the perfect size for our family. The open floor plan downstairs allowed us to easily gather and enjoy meals while spending time together. The beds were comfortable, the pictures accurately described the unit. Unfortunately there are lots of rules at the community pool in Secreast Beach Villas. I think it would be helpful for Lisa to share the rules with guests before arrival so that they aren’t as uncomfortable as we were when we arrived. Check is late 5pm, but if you are coming from out of state, we came from Ohio, it’s really 6pm Ohio time. Upon arrival we went to the pool, we were immediately scolded at the pool by the attendant I’m not a nice way. Blowing a whistle and causing attention to us because our children had pool toys in the pool .You are not allowed to have toys in the pool here, they will give you a blown up beach ball and that is all the kids are allowed to play with. You are also not allowed to toss ball, frisbee football or any sort of ball in the pool area even if you are out of the pool and standing on pool deck or grass area. We got in trouble for this. There is adult swim every hour the last ten minutes of the hour. This was inconvenient for us traveling with 8 young children. Depending upon when you get to the pool your children may have to sit and wait. All four pools do this. I was at the pool with my newborn, had just got in the water and was yelled at because I couldn’t stand in the pool holding my infant during adult swim. My baby was 3 months old I was not trying to break rules and I was treated poorly by the pool attendants. You also can not have drinks by or in the pool, yet they do have a cafe to serve

Amazing house, responsive hosts

Our family has stayed at many vacation homes over the years and Sea Lily is one of the best! The home is beautiful and very well equipped to accommodate our group of 13 adults and teens. They cut no corners and thought of everything with this house. Beds were very comfortable and the furnishings are lovely. The house is just across the street from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the bikes and the freedom to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Our only disappointment was how crowded the beach was. This is no fault of the owner but due to Seacrest leasing out half of their beach access to a chair rental company. If you want a decent spot on the beach you need to get up at dawn and put out chairs! Other than that, we had a great week. Owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns. Thanks for a great week!
