Shore Drive is een zeer populaire gezinsgerichte bestemming. Shore Drive is een doodlopende straat zonder doorgaand verkeer. Onze oceaanzijde appartement is op de eerste verdieping met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand en een overdekt parkeerterras. Ons appartement is ingericht met heldere kleuren en is pas geschilderd. De stoelen in de woonkamer en de bank zijn gestoffeerd voor uw comfort. De eettafel biedt plaats aan zes comfortabel en er zijn twee barkrukken aan de bar / aanrechtblad. Geen huisdieren toegestaan.

GOEDE LOCATIE!! Pelican's Landing is gunstig gelegen tussen Myrtle Beach en Noord Myrtle Beach in de buurt van de nieuwe Hwy 22 naar Conway en de Hwy 31 Bypass. We zijn tussen Barefoot Landing en Broadway at the Beach - de twee grootste familieattracties. Verschillende van de 100 golfbanen liggen in de buurt. In onze buurt heeft u 24 uur per dag toegang tot Super Wal Mart, 24/7 Kroger Supermarkt, Tanger Outlet Center, Arcadian Golf Course, 2001 Nightclub en Restaurant Row terwijl u Highway 17-verkeer vermijdt.

U kunt over het strand lopen op korte afstand ten zuiden van ons appartement naar Ocean Annie's Beach Club en genieten van hun populaire bar en band aan het strand en 2 restaurants. Of u kunt een klein stukje naar het noorden lopen naar de Apache Fishing Pier, de langste houten vissteiger aan de zuidoostkust. Naast wandelen op de pier of vissen, kunnen uw kinderen spelletjes spelen in hun speelhal. Er is ook een leuk restaurant aan de oceaan.

Brian and Candace have done an amazing job updating their unit. As soon as we walked in it felt cozy and welcoming. Everything you need was available for us. The custom master shower was amazing! Great location and less than a minute walk to the beach with easy elevator access. Would highly recommend.

Their recent purchases in 2024 put smiles on the faces of our family, new appliances and furniture in the LV were immediately noticed and appreciated. Great place to stay in the Shore Drive area of MB. They are always looking for ways to improve their property to make you never want to leave.

Summer Fun
We had a great time staying at this condo! This was our second time staying here for our family vacation. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Cathy does a great job taking care of their place. It has all of the essentials in the kitchen. I believe they put in a newer refrigerator. There were garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap and dish soap supplied. All the bathrooms had hand soap and towels in them ready for us to use. We were so happy to see that they updated the living room couch and chairs from last year. They were so comfortable and easy to get out of unlike the old furniture. This condo fit our family of 4 plus my In-Laws comfortably. Brian and Candice were easy to get in touch with throughout the process of renting and if we had a question during our stay. We will definitely rent from them again!

Steps to the beach.
Our family had a great time. We loved that the condo property was on the beach. The kids loved the pool and beach. The property had everything you need. Parking was under the building. One flight up the stairs to the condo. There is also an elevator for bringing suitcases up. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again next time.

Sometimes it’s the little things we appreciate the most. This place had all the little details and more…cute notes around the house with helpful tips, an extra fan in the master bedroom, elevator, carts for hauling luggage and beach gear back and forth. Quiet and friendly location away from the crowds. Kids said 10 out of 10!

Very spacious condo with a screened in porch and an unscreened porch. A short distance to water’s edge was perfect for kids and older generation. The pool was often crowded but spacious enough for a quick dip. Loved staying at this condo. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains in the front queen bedroom.

The property was nice but definitely needs some upgrades. Biggest complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. My husband and I both had back pain all week. The master bath shower was very small and problematic if you are short. Beach chairs, once opened, would not close properly. I had to wipe down the dishwasher handle, outside of one cabinet and some countertops because they were sticky. And I did not catch when booking that the laundry room was separate from the main living area. Overall, not bad and did the job. But many things would have made the stay nicer.

The owners have you covered with all the details you could ask for. This was our third time at this property and they consistently exceed our expectations. The facility made a much needed switch in providing shopping carts(heavy duty plastic) to replace the rusty chrome finished luggage cart you would find at a hotel. Great detail to support the customer to help convince us that we are ready to go back.

We had a great time staying at this 1st floor condo. Check in was so easy and convenient. We didn’t have to stop at a rental company. Went straight to the condo and we were in at 3:00pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking supplies. We loved the complimentary coffee that the owners leave for the guests! The beds were comfortable enough, the rooms are of decent size, there are plastic hangers in all the bedroom closets, power strips/ extension cords to most of the outlets that are blocked by furniture and I really loved that each bedroom had a fan in it (for those of us with hot flashes :) The washer and dryer are in great condition and I could t get over how deep the washer is! The only thing I would give a negative to was the chairs in the living room are a little hard to get in and out of. Other than that we have a great week staying at this condo. We would definitely rent your condo again Brian!

Rest & Relaxation - Just what we needed!
From finding this beautiful property, spending our winter in Myrtle Beach and heading home after three memorable months, we have nothing but good things to say. Communication with the owners was above par from the start. Inquiries were answered very quickly and information provided was excellent. The condo was very clean upon arrival and all amenities needed for a relaxing stay were available. The location of the property has immediate accessibility to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, etc The area appears very safe and we experienced zero issues during our stay. Would highly recommend - 5 star hands down! We were sad that we had to leave but are looking very forward to our return in 2024. Thanks so much for everything, Brian & Candace!

Comfortable Beach and Golf Abode
Very clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located adjacent to the beach. Convenient access to all points in and around Myrtle Beach. Lots of good restaurants located between 5 and 20 minutes away along with numerous golf courses within 15 to 45 minutes away. Major grocery and other shopping within 5 to 10 minutes away. The hosts provided excellent instructions for accessing the property and remained in contact throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had no problems to deal with. The condo is well stocked with dishes, appliances, bedding and towels to provide for a full “at home” living experience. The washer and dryer were full size and made it very easy to keep our clothes clean throughout the stay. The price was very reasonable for the area. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. Parking was underneath the condo building and provided convenient and safe access to the units. The building has two elevator units so you don’t have to wait long to get up to and down from the unit if you are not a stairs person.

The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. From the time you walk in the condo you can see the amount of care that is put into the condo, it's impeccably clean and beautiful and fully stocked, I couldn't believe how stocked the kitchen was! Parking was easy for two vehicles, the beach was wonderful and we were able to walk across the street to Flip Flops bar for dinner, also attached to that was an ice cream shop, souvenir store, general store and a liquor store. We walked down to the Sands resort and went to the River City Cafe which was really good, and had some drinks and listened to the band at Ocean Annies. Walmart, Kroger, Tanger outlets and more were a short drive from the condo. We also ate at Finn Mccool's which is a short drive from the condo and it was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo!

We have owned this condo since new -- 40 years ago this year. Our adult children grew up with vacations here and now their children are reaping the benefits today as well. Now we enjoy our vacations with our children and grandchildren. We are retired and enjoy family get-togethers, traveling and visiting our other vacation property at Jefferson Landing Club, Jefferson, NC off the Blue Ridge parkway in the mountains.

We bought Pelican's Landing because it is on a dead end street with no flow through traffic. It is situated directly in the center of the Grand Strand halfway between all major tourist sites and destinations. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths so that you can bring grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and the kids. The entire neighborhood is well kept with no dilapidated buildings. You can access a Kroger 24/7 grocery store and a Wal Mart supercenter 24/7 without having to get on the highly traveled business highway 17.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Most importantly, we are consistently blessed with one of the largest ocean front beach areas on the Grand Strand. Your use and the close proximity of our amenities are understated benefits for our condo.
Our building is oceanfront, but our condo is not facing the ocean -- it is on the side of the building with limited ocean views, and this is why it is called oceanside. A limited view of the ocean from bedroom on the north side and a view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony on the south side of the building. We are on the first floor with a very short walk to the beach. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to walk to the beach from our front door. It takes about 20 seconds to get to your car. You can park your car directly beneath the condo and walk up the steps directly to our unit. As opposed to parking a far away and taking an elevator to the 12th floor when the kids are through playing with it. Can you imagine carrying your luggage, groceries and beach stuff these distances? A quarter of a mile walk north is the longest wooden fishing pier in the southeast. Four properties south of us is Ocean Annies, an outdoor bar and band on the beach for you adults. Also, there are two ocean front restaurants at the same location. Across the street is a convenience store, shops, restaurants and FLIP FLOP'S BAR. Our condo complex has a low-density population. It is a four-story building ocean front and 3 story buildings across the street (not a 25 story). You can actually find a vacant chaise lounge by the oceanfront pool or second pool across the street and have some elbow room by the pool and on the beach.
