Amazing Views! 30 plus day stay. Vacation in one on the most iconic beach towns on the Central coast, Pismo Beach! The Owner has exceptional taste, which make the stay very enjoyable. The home has stunning interior finishes, furnishings, and artwork. From the kitchen granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances to high vaulted ceilings and large windows California views are everywhere. This home is fully equipped from high quality bedroom furnishings, baths, and a well-stocked kitchen. There are two enjoyable patios to capture the morning sunrise or the evening sunsets. You will enjoy this well-appointed home in Pismo Heights less than a mile from the beach. Downtown Pismo offers tasty seafood at local restaurants, water sports, and a quintessential pier walk. The owner's favorite restaurants are Giuseppe's, Ada Fish House, and Oyster's Loft. For shopping make sure to visit the Pismo Outlet Mall and Collections near California Fresh Market.

The views are stunning from the Pacific coastline and on many days, you can see the sand dunes and Point Sal. Pismo is also centrally located to Avila Beach, Edna Valley wineries, Farmer's markets, and home of the famous Tri-Tip sandwiches. A must visit taste treat should be to Firestone's in San Luis Obispo. We also offer the best hiking and biking trails around: Pismo Preserve, Johnson Ranch, Bob Jones to name a few.

Owner prefers to have the house cleaned periodically during stays. We will set up the extra cleaning and there is an extra charge of $125 for every two weeks for cleaning. We welcome your stay.

House with a view

This is a great place to stay in. I stayed for 2 months, but it felt very quick as my home. Because the house is on a hill you have a great view down to the sea. Nice way to get an exercise too to walk all the way to the top of the hill for a great 360 view. The house was very complete. Just needed some groceries and everything else was there. Communication was very efficient. Hope to stay here again in the future this really worked for me.

Remote office with a great view!

The property and surrounding area is fantastic and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Pismo Pier is close by with great food and drink! Other beach areas are nearby and very accessible. A great to stay!

Great home

This is second time we stayed at this place. It felt like home away from home as before. We love the location, friendly neighborhood, and walking distance to the beach and good places to eat. We hope to come back again.

What I love about this property is the amazing views, all living space is one level, unless you wanted to use the loft. The two patios are comfortable to enjoy dining at any time.
The hillside is an advantage away from the noise of traffic and downtown. Pismo Heights is a sought after neighborhood community.
The Owner has amazing taste with an eclectic ensemble of art a traveler would enjoy!

The benefits of a Pismo Heights home is to have the view, while being close to all of the activity in Pismo Beach, but not too close!! Fourth of July, this would be the perfect home!

The icon of Pismo Beach (once know for clams), is the wooden pier that is visible from many of the cliff-side hotels and resorts where guests can climb down sets of stairs to the Pismo Beach City Beach and make their way to the base of the pier. From flying kites, to watching seagulls, surfing to swings, kids and adults can stand on the pier and look out on the ocean or nearby hills, or walk under the pier to get up close and personal with the waves.

Free pier fishing, special events and a great vantage point are all enjoyed at the Pismo Beach Pier today. Known for its beach breaks, the Pismo Beach Pier is one of Central Coast’s most popular surfing locations. The pier is lit at night, allowing surfers a spot to enjoy night time surfing. Situated in the lee of Point San Luis and San Luis Obispo Bay, the pier’s surfing location is generally less windy than the more exposed Oceano to the south, but bigger than the Avila Beach area to the north.
