The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.

Guest Access:
There are 3 swimming pools at Signature MGM but you will also have access to the MGM Grand Wave Pool. There are two fitness centers located in Tower 1 and 3. For our Furry Friends there is a dog park located in near the main entrance in Tower 2.

Las Vegas Strip is the ideal destination for those who love shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Our Suites at the Signature MGM are just half a mile away from the iconic Strip, offering easy access to a plethora of restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping venues.

For your convenience, McCarran International Airport is a short 1.9-mile drive from our property. The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace is a mere 0.9 miles away, and if you're looking for some outdoor entertainment, the Henderson amphitheater is just 11 miles from our location.
