You will find everything you need for meal preparation in the well-equipped kitchen. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment. The kitchen and baths have been upgraded to provide the best lodging experience and there is a washer/dryer for your private use! Is the beach too packed for your liking? Then head over to the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing splash, or if you're worried about staying in shape during your vacation, the well-equipped fitness center on-site has your back. Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
