Soft muted tones and comfortable, beach traditional furniture was used in the decor of this large, beachfront condominium to makes its guest feel at home immediately upon entering. The balcony, which is accessible from both the living area and master suite, provides an awesome view of the beautiful white sand beach that makes the Emerald Coast so popular. Preparing favorite vacation meals is a pleasure in the spacious, bright kitchen, with its complement of full size appliances, dishes, and cookware. The master bath has both a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. TVs and DVD players are provided in all of the bedrooms and the living area.

Great locations
We did enjoy this condo. It is nicely decorated. Beach view is nice. Not sure if I would stay at this particular condo. The TVs in the bedrooms need upgrades and the pillows were not comfortable.

Great stay, but time for a refresh of the condo.
We have stayed at The Crescent for a few years. During our stays, this unit we have used the most. Staying on the 3rd or 4th floor are better to see the beach over the sand dunes. It appears the complex is going through another management change. Prices for this unit for 2023 have skyrocketed and out of my reach. It was about at a 35% increase. So, we had to book a different unit under a different company for next year. If there is such an increase, this unit needs a serious refresh. Most of the bathroom sinks backup. The light over over the microwave was out. All the tvs need to be updated. The unit needs a paint job. I hate to make such poor remarks, but this needs to be known. Overall, the location is great! Parking is good. Pool is large. I do wish they go back to our chairs being reserved with tags on the beach. You have to get up early to get a set of chairs and umbrellas. This would improve your guests stay.

Awesome Place To Stay!
Perfect location! Amazing spacious balcony view! Beautiful pool area! Condo was clean and all staff were friendly! Could use a little bathroom and kitchen updating, but it didn’t detract from the trip at all!
