The full private bathrooms are luxurious and fully updated, featuring a jacuzzi tub with tile walls in the downstairs bathroom and a fully tiled walk-in shower upstairs. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing space to rest after a day at the beach.

The open concept main indoor living area, including the spacious living room, large dining room, and full kitchen, allows guests to spend quality time together while enjoying the ocean views from the two ocean side private extensive balconies / decks with great outdoor seating. The top deck is an open sun deck while the bottom level deck is partly waterproofed. The property also features an enclosed outdoor shower under the deck, a foot washing station on the deck, and ample parking for up to 5 cars.

Additionally, guests can enjoy pure, contaminate-free water from the Le Blue tank and a complimentary 5-gallon BPA-free water bottle. Additional water bottles and mid-week cleaning are available upon request. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

We're excited to announce one of our latest additions in February 2023 at our second row coastal vista property! Each downstairs bedroom now features a mini split head with individual remote controls (upstairs features central air), giving our guests the ability to set their preferred temperature for maximum comfort. With this new addition, you can rest easy and sleep soundly knowing that you can create the perfect sleeping environment for yourself. We're always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experience, and we're confident that this latest upgrade will do just that.
