You'll love exploring the sights, sounds, and nightlife of downtown Breckenridge, and an après-ski meal at a fine-dining restaurant is a great way to celebrate your vacation. You'll have plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy, including a pool, a hot tub, a game room, and a fitness center, so be sure to use the complimentary WiFi to download a good workout playlist. In the evenings, use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up some nice snacks for a movie marathon on the large cable TV.

In addition to the many attractions of downtown Breckenridge, you'll find skating and ice fishing available at Dillon Reservoir during the colder months, as well as stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing come summer.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
