Discover exceptional value close to town with Motherlode C9, a newly renovated top-floor 2-bedroom + loft condo that comfortably sleeps 10! This uniquely designed layout caters to families and groups seeking separate, quiet sleeping quarters, complemented by a main living and dining area for memorable gatherings.

Step into a beautifully renovated space where your entire family can unwind by the gas fireplace or enjoy evenings on the private deck, perfect for grilling and soaking in the mountain ambiance. The thoughtful floor plan ensures comfort and tranquility, providing the ideal setting for a restful retreat.

Take advantage of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (CLOSED April 15ht thru May 24th), featuring an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a locker room—an inviting space open from June to August and December to March, offering relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay.

The primary suite boasts a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath, ensuring a luxurious and private escape. The second bedroom features a king bed and a TV, while a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo adds convenience to the condo. WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Worked well for family
Worked well for family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone. Very walkable to ski lifts and town. Thought the unit was very quiet. Only issue was the shared hot tubs were not hot enough. Also, very small issues in the unit- could use a few more hand towels and a larger sauté pan. Also, watch your email junk folder for communications- missed instructions on printing parking permit and had to run to UPS store in town to print after arriving. Great stay. Would definitely book again.

Great Breck stay
The condo was very clean and the location was great- we could easily walk to town. We stayed in the summer, so we utilized the hot tubs and pool daily. Unfortunately, there was big a sauna available as advertised in the listing. We also utilized the kitchen for cooking some meals, which had adequate supplies, but we would have appreciated a frying pan or skillet for making hot breakfast. There was plenty of room to relax for our family of four.

Great location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice amenities for families with kids of all ages, a pool and hot tub! This newly remodeled unit was cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great Ski Condo
This condo very much has the feel of a ski chalet. It has 2BR + a bunk loft so has the potential to sleep quite a few people. I wouldn’t necessarily call it, “ski in ski out”. However, it is about a 7 minute walk/ski to the Quicksilver Lift and Peak 9 base. Great location overall and we had a great time!
