This property is amazing, beautifully designed home. Great location, stunning views. The kitchen had everything I needed. My friends and I plan on coming back. Great location! Beautiful clean home in mountain area where we saw several moose and deer. Our group of 15 enjoyed our time, and would come back. Highlights: Deck was incredible! We spent a lot of time out there. Pickleball and basketball court was a blast in the evening, but don’t loose a ball. Great amenities! We did have a few issues with cold showers and a recurring sound in certain bedrooms throughout the night. (Be sure to bring your ear plugs)

Melissa, thank you for the 10/10 review! We’re so glad your group enjoyed the home, deck, court, wildlife, and your time at Bear Lake. We were surprised to hear about the hot water and nighttime noise concerns, as we haven’t had either issue reported by previous or subsequent guests. The home is equipped with a large commercial-grade water heater designed to accommodate groups of this size. We reached out after seeing your review hoping to better understand what you experienced so we could investigate, but unfortunately we weren’t able to connect. We take guest feedback seriously and will continue to monitor both items. Thanks again for staying with us and for saying you’d come back—we’d be happy to host your group again!

We have stayed at this property 3 times and each time has been a great experience. The owners take great care of the home and surroundings and show pride in keeping it clean and ready for those staying at the property. The view from the home is beautiful as you can see Bear Lake and the beautiful scenery in this area. The owner communicated with us so we knew exactly what to do and gave clear directions on checking in and out. Everything we needed was there and in good condition. The sport court with pickleball court and basketball standard is a great addition and was heavily used. The game room was a hit and our grandkids loved the NBA arcade game as well as having room for them to spread out and enjoy being together in the large gathering areas. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was as represented. The views are beautiful. The beds and amenities were excellent. It would be a perfect 5 except for the WIFI was inconsistent affecting the ability to work remote. Great memories made on this trip!

Thanks so much for the great review, Ryan we’re glad you enjoyed the home, the views, and made some great memories! We appreciate the note about the Wi-Fi. This was the first time we’ve heard that kind of concern, and we’re actively looking into it. We use the best equipment and service available in the area and typically haven’t had issues. That said, we know weekend usage and higher guest volume can sometimes impact performance, and we’re doing what we can to optimize that. Thanks again for the helpful feedback and for staying with us!
