Whether you are visiting the area for vacation, business or cheering on your favorite sports team, this is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo where you can relax inside or on the patio!
While you are here, make sure to enjoy the large heated pool, the hot tub and exercise facility located only 200 feet from this unit. We are located only 20 minutes from Sky Harbor. 20 minutes from the unbelievable views of Saguaro Lake where you can rent boats, waterski, jetski and enjoy the lakes! Even closer to the Salt River where you can kayak or stand up paddleboard!
Our condo is over 1500 spacious feet filled with all the amenities you desire.
The condo is equipped with Free WiFi and Free wireless internet!

This is a fully stocked kitchen!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available and overflow parking is located in the designated open parking spaces within the complex.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

March 2024 Golf Adventure

Great accommodations! The property is as advertised. All the comforts of home. The condo is very spacious and very clean throughout. After getting humbled on the golf course it was nice to come back for a swim and hot tub. Communication with property management was efficient and check-in/check-out was seamless. I would definitely consider this property again in the future. Only downside we couldn't stay longer..... back to work!

Great condo in a great location! Clean, great balcony overlooking the golf course, perfect location for getting around and the people in the area were very friendly.

This is a beautiful property, convenient to many places to visit, shop and have a meal. Condo is very well stocked for all your needs and is in a quiet gated community.

Relaxation in Alta Mesa

Very nice condo and very well furnished. Enjoyed our month stay. People in the community were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Pool and hot tub were very close to our condo. Would definitely stay again. Jean C.
