Views for days

Had a great weekend in Whangapoua. Loved the separate areas and spacious feel of the property. Great showers too!

Great family holiday

The house was really well set up for a family with safe environment for our 2 year old and lots of toys. Very clean. Great location. Wondeful stay, thankyou.

A week with the family in Whangapoua

We enjoyed staying in this Bach. Really lovely location and the short walk to the beach and lagoon was perfect for our 4 and 7 year old grandchildren. Plenty of room in the property for us all not to be too on top of each other.

Such a great weekend away!

Such a lovely spot for a weekend away. The house has everything you need and was very clean. Check in was easy and communication was fast and friendly. The beach was only moments away all while looking over beautiful farmland. Highly recommend this house.

Lovely location, lovely views

Very large 3 story house with excellent views. Lots to do near by. Watch that waves have a tendency to dump near high tide. New Chums is also a lovely beach and a short walk away.

Fabulous house and holiday!

Such a great house for a group! Plenty of space, multiple balconies and levels. The kitchen is large and airy and the views are beautiful! An easy walk to the most gorgeous beach! Thanks so much for having us!

Fabulous family weekend

We so enjoyed our family weekend in your bach. The multiple living areas meant everyone had their own space while being able to gather for meals on one of the 3 lovely decks. The semi-deserted beach just 5mins walk away and many scenic walks offered plenty to do when we were able to tear ourselves away from the peace of home. Thank you for sharing your family retreat with us.

Easter 2025 Coromandel

Absolutely ideal for our family, great communal rooms & separate balconies for time out; minutes away from stream, swimming beach, & great fishing beaches nearby, caught (and eat) heaps. Great selection of books, toys and games. Had a great time.Was NO problem but wd be useful for others interested if the online listing provided a diagram of the floor layout for each of the 3 floors.

Beautiful Sanctuary

A wonderful space if you have a large group. The host was great and check in was very easy. The views and peacefulness of the location were great. In hindsight, I wish I had known more about the area before booking, as we like to dine out and occasionally go to a pub while on holiday and there were no options for that in the town of Whangapoua, the nearest was about a 20 minute drive…. but that is my own mistake. Overall the experience was amazing.

Hidden Gem!

This property is beautiful, spacious, and ideal for large families. The three-story layout offers plenty of room, parking space, and it's well-equipped with numerous amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly and allowed us to bring our furry friend along.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach. Also, there’s a river nearby the house, which is a nice stroll. There’s only one store nearby and the staff are friendly and super helpful. The area also offers a few great fishing spots for those who enjoy the outdoors.Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with convenience and charm. Will definitely want to come back. Cathy was just lovely. Booking was smooth, instructions were clear and great communication.

overall great spot and generally ok dont want to be picky but we have listed and rented out before and we all thought things were a bit substandard for $ paid - filthy BBQ, took 40min to clean -oven faulty, both fridges need repairs we were restricted on water use hard to keep clean as shelly driveway minimum parking at house but plenty down below this is more feedback for owners rather than a grizzle :)

A little bit confused about thinking there was a water shortage as we are one of the few batches with a bore. However I do appreciate your consideration of the water usage with the regular washing down of the 4 jet skis. There is easy parking for 4 cars and still room to park another behind them. I was not aware that there was a problem with the oven and the bbq had been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Great place to stay

Plenty of space in this house with multiple living areas and decks off most rooms, perfect for a group staying together. Set back and private - only one other house is next door. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic views from the main living area over a river, farmland, and hills.

Amazing stay!

We loved staying here, the bach itself was very comfortable to stay in, with so much space and we were very happy with it. We loved the two decks so we could chase the sun. Such a good location to the beach with a quick 5 minute walk - the beach is so beautiful! Really easy to communicate with Cathy who made it all seamless for us. Would recommend!

a great escape in the tree tops.

such a lovely spot. felt like being up in a treehouse looking up the valley and over the tree tops. lots of space, clean and very convenient to the beach. loved it.
