House in the heart of Vannes (56) - 8 people - Golfe du Morbihan

Dear Guests,
For your "city and nature" vacations, we put at your disposal our family house of 140m², 4 bedrooms, at 12 min walk from the port of Vannes and its historical center with its famous ramparts.
With its warm atmosphere and decoration, our house will make you travel from the West Indies to Africa, through Brittany, South America and Asia.
You are in Southern Brittany, on the Gulf of Morbihan, a purely exceptional natural site, with its enchanting islands (accessible by speedboat), and its beautiful coastal paths.
The beaches of Mousterian and Penboc'h (our favorites) are 10 and 20 minutes from the house by car (20 and 30 minutes by bike), the peninsula of Conleau with its seawater swimming pool 10 minutes by car (15 minutes by bike).
The Morbihan is full of tourist resources for young and old (castles, exceptional villages like Rochefort, Branféré animal park, the Morbihan islands...)
If you want to go further, discover the South Finistère and the Cornouaille at 1h30 driving, the fabulous peninsula of Crozon at 2h, and why not the first castle of the Loire at 2h30.

House located in a very quiet residential area, without opposite, at the edge of the green space of Tohannic with its pond and its games for children.

On the ground floor :
- large and bright living room and dining room,
- large equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster),
- laundry room (washing machine & dryer),
- parental suite "West Indies" with double bed 160x200 (new bedding) and closet + bathroom with shower
- Independent WC.

On the first floor:
- 1 bedroom "Martinique" with double bed 140x190 and closet / closet,
- 1 room " Crozon-Morgat " with 2 beds 80x200 (new bedding) which can be configured as a double bed with vintage "armoire",
- 1 room "Equators" with 2 beds 90x190 (new bedding) that can also be configured as a double bed, with closet
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- independent WC
- mezzanine with desk, books, games.

And also :
- large terrace with garden table for 8 people, on landscaped garden, and large electric Weber barbecue.
- High speed fiber internet, hair dryers, boiler for hot water (no risk of empty balloon when returning from the beach 😉 ).
- Beach games available for young children.

Possibility to rent professional standard hotel linen :
- complete linen kit for a 2-person bed: 35 € including VAT (including 1 fitted sheet, 1 comforter cover, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 large bath towels, 1 bath mat and 2 kitchen towels).
- Complete linen kit for a single bed: 20 € TTC (including 1 fitted sheet, 1 comforter cover, 1 pillow case, 1 large bath towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath mat, 2 kitchen towels).

For your comfort and safety, the package preparation & professional cleaning to COVID standards is mandatory, at the rate of 140€.

Rental for 4 nights minimum.

We do not accept our friends the animals, even if they are nice and well behaved.
No parties. No smoking house.
