Estate Home, is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with adequate free parking. This apartment is fully equipped with just about everything one need on their vacation. We stand ready, to assist you, should you need more.
Yes, you have your own privacy and private space. On opening the front door of your apartment, you are greeted with a picturesque scenery, one that is truly breath taking. There, you have the option to sit back, relax, and enjoy nature or lay on reclining chairs, to enjoy the sun and chill.

Estate Home, is 5 minutes from the Beach and Pachie's Seafood Place. We are 8 minutes to the town of Sandy Bay, where there are Supermarkets, etc. 15 minutes to the historic Tryall Water Wheel. 15 minutes to Chukka Blue Adventure Tours. There are Tour books provided in the apartment, showing Tours from Portland to Negril.
Tryall Gardens, Sandy Bay, Hanover, is a former sugar Cane and Coconut Plantation, turned, coconut Plantation. This property is adjacent to the Tryall Club, formerly Tryall Great House, which is still well maintained. Plus, it has the added feature of a huge over 200 years old Water Wheel, still in operation.

On arrival at the Sangster International (MBJ) Airport, in Montego Bay, you will be pick-up and greeted promptly by host. No fee - Free Airport Pick-up.
In 10 minutes, you will be in the City of Montego Bay. In Montego Bay, you will get complimentary stops for restaurants, Supermarket, Phone Shop, etc. After these stops, you will continue your journey, and in another 20 minutes, heading west, you will arrive at your vacation accommodation "Estate Home".

Estate Home is in 5 minutes walk to the Community Beach. 1 hour 5 minutes (56.2km) drive to Negril. 40 minutes (25.3km) drive to Montego Bay. Car Rentals are located in Montego Bay, around the area of the MBJ Airport. Public Transportation is easily accessible.
How ever, we are able to take you around, at a cost based on the distance and length of travel.

The property was clean ! The host were great ! But in the other hand we only had one tv station the whole time which was Bruce Lee from the 1980’s . The water pressure sucks it’s up it’s down .the pillows also need to be changed flat like someone slept on them for years and never changed only one pillow each . .!! there’s nothing really in the area with in walking distance no nite life around or close ..

I traveled alone for 3 weeks in Sandy Bay I was as comfortable with this family as I was with my own. They were very mindful of my coming and goings but gave me lots of privacy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and many nights I sat out on the patio till 1 or 2am. Can't wait to come back again. My family was pleased as well.

Home from Home

Both Derma and Noel were fantastic hosts. From the evening of our arrival we were warmly welcomed into their home. The apartment felt homely and it was easy for us to settle and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. Regrettably we only booked one week and we were very sad to leave to continue our time in Jamaica.
