WELCOME to Panama City Beach! There are two pools for your enjoyment at Sand Castles West. Feel the soft, salty breeze of the ocean while you relax on the balcony. Sand Castles West is convenient to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Near Pier Park (one mile) and Frank Brown Park, restaurants, golf and our beautiful emerald coast. BEST OF ALL, the beach is just steps from your door! Sand Castles West town homes are located right across the street from the beach. Enjoy a kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and the comforts of home.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony and feel the sweet salty breeze!

BEACH ACCESS
Your closest beach access is Public Beach Access 66. It is 0.2 miles to the right (west - opposite direction of WinnDixie). You'll pass Palmetto Inn & Suites then Palazzo on your left. Then you'll see Beach Access 66 a couple more blocks on your left.

Very convenient location to the pier as well as walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and every chain store imaginable is within 10 minutes! Ice maker in fridge is a bonus and produces lots of ice. Only downside was the biker convention in town my last few days which got rather loud from Whiskey’s bar next door and tub was very slow to drain. Blinds on sliding door of bedroom also were slightly broken and let in too much light for my sleeping preference.

The location was perfect, and the room was plenty spacious for our family of four. We never felt like we were on top of each other, which was a big plus.Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been much better. We found a dirty utensil drawer in the kitchen, hairs on the bedding, and a dirty mattress topper on the pull-out bed.We also weren’t a fan of the lack of an elevator. Having to help a three-year-old up to the third floor using the stairs was not ideal, especially when carrying luggage.Overall, the location and size of the room were great, but the cleanliness and third-floor access were definitely drawbacks for us.

Nice little spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty much anything that we needed was in the condo. Pool was right outside. Walk to the beach in minutes (very close). Price was affordable. We would stay here again. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this one-bedroom condo! It was the perfect size for us, and you absolutely cannot beat the location. The beach is just a short walk away, which made it so easy to catch the sunrise every morning and go for a swim in the afternoon.The condo is also incredibly convenient for grabbing food or anything you might need. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and a grocery store, which was a huge plus since we didn't want to drive everywhere. The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals.We've already talked about coming back next year. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with the convenience of having shops and restaurants right at your fingertips, this is the place to book!

Stay was fine but I contacted mgmt the first day about an issue and never got a response. I needed to extend my stay by another month and when I emailed they quoted the same pricing as original stay. Cleaning fee, host fees all that when I wasn’t actually moving out. I called 5 times to speak to someone about the price. Twice they answered and said someone would call me back. After 3 more calls I just found another rental for the next month. The property was as expected but the host was terrible with communication. Thankfully I had no emergency issues while there.

Very Close to the Beach for a Good Price

Check in was easy. No contact. Right across the street from the beach. Room was perfect for two people. Good price. Would definitely stay again.
