Het resort is architectonisch ontworpen in rustieke bergstijl en bevindt zich in het nieuw ontwikkelde "Hart van het dorp" grenzend aan de hemelse gondel en op een steenworp afstand van casino's, restaurants en winkels.

* - Onze 940 vierkante voet plus-eenheid omvat de kenmerken van inheems grenen en keramiek, 9-voet plafonds en een keuken met granieten aanrecht.
* - 6 personen slapen gemakkelijk in dit apparaat met twee comfortabele queensize bedden in de slaapkamer en een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer van de studio.
* - De studio en slaapkamer hebben elk een groot bad en beide kunnen worden betreden via een aparte ingang als privacy gewenst is.
* - Jacuzzi bad in de studio badkamer.
* - Slaapkamer opent naar een eigen terras met stoelen.

Location is really great. Condo is off to one side of Heavenly Village so you don't feel like you are smack in the middle of hustle and bustle. We have stayed in the Village in other condos. We like that it is well built. You don't hear the room above you; you don't hear traffic; you barely hear people in hallways. One of us is a light sleeper and there was slight trepidation when realizing outside deck was resort entrance/valet. NO WORRIES! We didn't hear a thing. Condo is well stocked; all furniture comfy. As all Marriot's the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying again.

EXCELLENT family stay property in South Lake Tahoe
Fantastic location and condo, VERY CLEAN and was it was much appreciated to have a full kitchen. Dining room table has 6 chairs (pic only shows 4) - we were able to cook full breakfasts for our family easily. The pool area is MUCH nicer than the image in the listing - we very much enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, cushioned lounge chairs, full size chess game pool-side, and umbrellas during our summer stay. There was also a community space room on the floor with a full sized pool table that my sons LOVED. Valet car service was super quick, and it was nice to be able to easily walk to dinner or grab take out and bring it back to the condo. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Awesome Stay as always!
Great rental! We’ve rented this unit at least four times over the last couple of years. The marriott grand residence club is a family friendly resort in the middle of Heavenly Village. The unit itself comfortably sleeps our family of five, the unit is always in immaculate condition and Scott is friendly and available if needed, making the rental process super easy. Our family looks forto tenting this unit again!

We have been to Lake Tahoe several times and have always wanted to stay at this Marriott property. It did not disappoint. The location was great to the casinos, restaurants and coffee shops. Wonderful place for a getaway to Tahoe.
Booked for a few days to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were not disappointed! The location is perfectly placed in the heavenly area close to all the shops and restaurants. The resort had a heated pool and two hot tubs and the room were spacious, clean, and very homey. We loved this place and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot in South Lake!
This was a great rental. It’s in a fantastic location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. There are lots of shops, restaurants, the beach and a movie theater all in walking distance, many of them on the same block. The space was super clean, roomy and updated. As we explored the town we just kept coming back to the fact that we hit the jackpot with this room and location. And can imagine it’s even better in ski season!

Linda and I are from Minnesota and grew up enjoying the outdoors during all four seasons. Skiing in the winter, boating in the summer and hiking anytime are some of our favorites. We have become foodies and I am known to enjoy a fine wine now and then. Travel and the thrill of discovering new vistas keep us on the move. We have five children and family gatherings are our favorite treasure.

We chose the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe because of the great central location to outdoor activities, good restaurants and entertainment. The Heavenly gondola starts right next to our resort and we are within a short walk to casinos, the Lake and many comforts. The Marriott offers luxery in the beautiful outdoor setting of Lake Tahoe.

Our unit is located in the heart of the new Heavenly central square. The resort offers an end of day escape to your dusty hiking boots or snow covered skis.
