The property you rented is in a beautiful and popular zone for vacation rentals and accommodates many different families, especially during this busy season when most children are on break from school. I apologize if the noise from the children and teens playing in the pool next door put a damper on your peaceful retreat. Although we cannot know who may be renting the homes next door or the level of noise that will be heard, we can definitely look into incorporating different fencing or landscaping options to mitigate sound at our property. In the future, we would love to host you and your family again, and we would be happy to work with you to find a more private estate that suits your needs from our Elite portfolio!
