A perfect beach vacation is just waiting to be had at this adorable beach studio sitting in the quiet setting of Carillon Beach Inn! Though this home is a studio, the layout creates a separation between the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and bed that will give guests privacy when need be. Spend dreamy mornings in the warm sun with a cup of coffee on the patio. With a view of the lake and easy access to the beach, serene afternoons can be spent walking along the shore and sand nearby. For more excitement, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub. When you return to home base, the free WiFi and flatscreen TV will provide you with ample entertainment as the stars come out.

Sitting just a short walking distance from white sand (1/4 of a mile) the beachgoers of the group will be in paradise. For even more fun, head the opposite direction to Powell Lake to paddleboard or kayak to your heart's content. Camp Helen State Park is also a quick two-and-a-half-mile drive from your front door offering beautiful hiking trails and a unique view of the coastline! For shopping and nightlife, you won't want to miss out on Pier Park, the main hub of Panama City Beach!

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 22 years of age to book. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
