Relaxing, Gorgeous Townhouse with 2 Spacious Master Bedrooms
Kick back and relax in this stylish space and enjoy some sweet indulgences to treat yourself with while away from your home!
I've been told by many guests the colors, unique and tasteful decor and space gets them in a cheery mood and spirits! :) In addition, various thoughtful inclusions make your stay comfortable, fun, memorable, and relaxing, while also staying within a reasonable budget.
Located off the Fairfax County Parkway in Fairfax in a community that is safe and incredibly picturesque.
You have access to the top 2 levels of the Townhouse, and 2 designated parking spots in the front.
The 1st (living) level includes a half bath, and a well-equipped and updated kitchen that includes gadgets and kitchen gear that is always appreciated by guests who love to cook.
The fully and tastefully furnished living and dining rooms have the perfect marriage between eclectic pieces of art and furniture that I've gathered from my international travels and modern comfortable furniture items, including a 40" Samsung QLed Smart TV.
This 1st level includes a half bath, and huge deck that's also furnished with relaxing furniture, an anti gravity chair and barbeque grill.
The 2nd/ top level includes two fully furnished Master Bedrooms across from each other. Each bedroom includes their own independent bathroom.
1st Luxurious Master Bedroom: This used to be my master bedroom which I decorated and furnished with elegance, comforts and some indulgences like a Tempur-pedic mattress, solid wood framed bed with matching furniture, hypoallergenic goose-down comforter (other options available) and a smart TV. I also recently renovated the bathroom to make it spacious, and comfortable with all available bathroom gadgets and knick-knacks you'd need! The bedroom overlooks a beautiful yard with tall trees and green grass.
2nd Fun and brightly lit very large Master Bedroom with its own independent bathroom: This room has 2 large windows facing East. It also includes a desk, full and day bed, and smart TV. The bedroom includes an in-suite bathroom with plenty of mirrors, and gadgets and knick-knacks you'd find at a fancy resort :)
Since this room faces north-east, you will enjoy the beautiful morning sunshine through those large windows (dark shades also there...for days you want to sleep-in).
Townhouse Location:
We're in the Franklin Glen community, which's known for the very safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. It hosts a huge pool, tennis courts, parks, hiking, and biking trails...all moments from the home, and accessible to you! For a small community fee, you can also access the benefits of the community pool (during the summer months when it's open) and tennis courts!

The laundry room is on the basement level.
Additionally, please note access to various amenities within the community.
Also, note:
The walkout basement is an independent apartment that is also listed on VRBO.
That unit is completely independent from the house, with its own entryway, living, sleeping, cooking and eating space... and neither guests' will interact unless specifically requested by each guest. There are 2 connecting doors built to shut movement between the 2 spaces.
There's a laundry room, with a completely separate entrance on the basement level. Each of you receive access to the laundry room but neither have the ability to access the laundry space at the same time.

My career has moved between entrepreneurship, coaching and consulting. And during all that time, travel has become my primary mode of self-expression! I find adventures at the US National Parks, quaint towns, and wonderful sights and places across the globe. The list of locations I've visited is endless, although the memories are always fresh and delightful!
And in all these years I identified creating friendships and connections even through brief meaningful exchanges was what makes me feel fulfilled and in-the-moment! Which is why I'm grateful to have the pleasure and opportunity to share my Virginia home with you!

We're located in the Franklin Glen community which's known for the very safe, clean and quite neighborhood. It hosts a huge pool, tennis courts, parks, woods that include a hiking, and biking trails, that go into 5+ miles...all this, at a moments walk from the home, and easily accessible to you!
You get access to 2 designated parking spaces outside the house, and a laundry room on the basement level.
It feels almost rural - when you're in the woods coming across deer and fox, and yet, we're barely a couple miles from all the amenities of great restaurants, and other entertainment options such as the Air and Space Museum (Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center), at a 3-mile distance from the house, this place is a treat for aviation and space artifacts fans!
Also, we're barely a 10-15 minute uber ride to the Silver and/ Orange Metro lines that'll take you to downtown DC. Or you can hop on the Beltway ( also known as the 495 Fwy) in 10ish minutes and get in to DC and MD in 30ish minutes (with no traffic)!
You're also in driving moments from the 50 Hwy, if driving West it will take you to lovely picturesque wineries, and hiking trails and quaint little towns close by or Luray Caverns a little further down.
Or there are various malls within minutes. Keep a look out for what Expo is on at the Dulles Expo Center, that's only 3 miles from the house!
