This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is thoughtfully laid out with open living, warm timber floors, and hand-selected furnishings throughout. It’s ideal for families, couples, or business travellers who value comfort and space.

Tucked away at the back of the apartment, the living space is perfect for switching off after a day out.

Other things to note
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us. A thorough and extensive cleaning process is completed after every checkout.

Security and Noise Monitoring:
There is a Ring camera located at the front door to monitor entry and exit for the safety of guests and the property.
A noise monitoring device is installed inside the apartment. This device does not record conversations. It only detects sound frequency levels to ensure noise remains reasonable.

Keys:
Four keys are provided:

One garage fob

One building master key

Two house keys

Please take care of all keys. Replacement fees apply if they are lost:

Swipe pass: $500

House key: $300

Fines for Rule Violations

Party or gathering: $1000 plus any damage costs

Smoking inside the apartment: $500 plus any damage costs

Unauthorized guests: $100 per person, per night
