Karen's cabin is nestled in Eagles Ridge just one mile from the strip in Pigeon Forge. Walking in, the main living area with gas fireplace, pull out sofa bed (sleeps 2), fully loaded kitchen, king sized master bedroom and a full bathroom. Follow thru the back for a cute deck with a grill and hot tub. Down stairs has a king studio with full bathroom, full pool table, couch and a washer /dryer. You'll love the ease of the location.

Cabin was well stocked, clean, easy to Parkway will stay again. The only bad thing are the steps. If you’re on a walker or wheelchair, you have to unload in the front and go through the yard.

Decent but…
The house was decent and in a fairly good location about 1.5 miles off the parkway. The house could use a really good cleaning and a new mattress in the upstairs bedroom. We actually left a night early because it just sunk with us and I’m 135 my husband is 197 so it’s had a lot of uses. I wish there had been a pic from the front porch looking out because the house is right on the road and I was thinking it would have more of a yard. The house wasn’t dirty you could just tell it hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time. The area is quiet if you like that but you do go thru established neighborhoods to get to it . Also needs a new coffee pot this one is old and the buttons stick. Barely got it to work. Check in and out easy just needs some TLC.

Premium price for mediocre cabin. Not satisfied
Our experience at Karen’s Cabin (Bear Tootin) was not a positive one, overall. It was filthy. Couldn’t walk on hot tub deck/porch w/o shoes. Walls, baseboards, carpets, yuck! Outlet in bathroom did not work. Contacted on arrival. No reply for 2 days. Fixed day before checkout, but it was while we were out; & w/o notifying, so that wasn’t cool. Our experience wasn’t good & caused me stress & time reporting/sending photos. Bad response. I believe we should have received some money back. I let the contact who sent the initial door code, Wi-Fi, ect, know immediately upon our arrival on Sunday June 4th, that things were not acceptable. And I received no reply until I finally tried again. The place could still be nice with some good maintenance & major deep cleaning. The washer tub is really gross around the rim, & hot tub foams up awful. Needs some foam down or chemicals. Something else potential renters should know, is that you have to park around back & walk up steps around the house to enter up front with a keypad code. Then once you are in, you have to go downstairs in the house to open up that door for everyone else. They need a keypad entry for the door downstairs where you park. Someone is doing steps every time. If you rent, and it is still filthy, call them within 12 hours, they said they would have sent a cleaning person. But I messaged as soon as we arrived & got no reply. No discount for inconveniences. Overall, not satisfied. Would not stay again. 2 stars!
