Welcome to this 47m2 apartment, ideally located near the thermal baths and the golf course. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The living room is a warm space including a lounge area with a quality convertible sofa (140*200) for relaxing in front of the television. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, electric hob, and a capsule coffee machine to prepare delicious meals. A dining table awaits you for convivial moments.

You also have a washing machine in the bathroom for added convenience. The icing on the cake is the terrace offering a magnificent view of the lake, accessible from the living room.

The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (140*200) for peaceful nights. The bathroom includes a shower and a vanity unit, and the toilet is separate for greater comfort.

The apartment is also equipped with wifi access to stay connected and an outdoor parking space for your vehicle. We are happy to welcome your four-legged companions, animals are welcome.

Note that when handing over the keys, a bank card imprint of €500 will be required. Please note that this property is managed by a trusted agency.
