We had a great time. The house is located within a 10 minute walk to coffee shops ice cream parlor a brewery Safeway and a couple pubs. The surrounding area is quiet and we all felt extremely safe walking about day/night. The host was exceptional at any response and answered quickly. If we’re in the greater Tacoma area again this is the place we’re looking forward to staying.

This is a home with historic charm and beautiful updates. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Proctor neighborhood, coffee on the porch in the morning, and easy walks to downtown Proctor. It was nice for our family of 4 that each of our kids got to have their own room. Highly recommend this property!

Thank you so much for allowing us to host our baby shower this weekend. It was the perfect space for us to invite family over for the afternoon and utilize your kitchen to cook and family room to spend time together. Was a great space and so cozy.

Tacoma respite

It is a great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood on the North end of Tacoma. I would love to come back and enjoy during the summer.

Lovely house in a lovely neighborhood!

The house was perfectly located in a great neighborhood for long walks and beautiful views of the water. Comfortable bedrooms, and a great living room for hanging out. Highly recommend for a mellow girls weekend!

Tacoma Visit

This was a wonderful property. Great for a family with littles. Only one bathroom but for a few days that was fine with us. The washer and dryer in the basement was a great amenity to have! Would definitely stay there again!

This place was awesome, the owners were attentive and everything was great. We were down for a work trip and this place worked out. We had a few conference calls and the beds were comfy! Place was a quick drive to everywhere and the community was awesome. Will definitely rebook!

Fantastic home

The home is in a stunning neighborhood with water views. We walked to the Procter District at night and felt totally safe. The home is adorable and comfortable We will definitely stay again.

Cute, clean, and quiet

This house was so cute. It is in a nice neighborhood. It’s clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable. Everything was great. Only one very small complaint, the kitchen is not stocked with any spices, or staples, but we weren’t staying long.

The house is lovely; everything was clean and clearly marked for use. The beds were very comfortable . We had a 12 and 14 year old with us who absolutely loved the upstairs loft. The property and the neighborhood were beautiful. Thank you !

Stay at Tacoma House

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable and being an old house it had it's delightful quirks. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and it was nice sitting on the porch and relaxing. It's close to many restaurants with some in walking distance. The only drawback is that the stairs in the basement (where the washer & dryer are located) and the backyard are steep and uneven so you need to be careful walking down them.

Pleasurable Proctor

It was a wonderful stay and surpassed the memories of living in the area 8 years ago. Our host was great and super responsive. We had an issue with the TV remotes. He was right on it and ordered new ones. Then they "appeared ". This occurred all during the stay because of our children. If you cook like myself, there is a multitude of cookware and dishes. You will need a quick trip to the Metropolitan Market and Safeway just a few blocks away. Get your groceries and settle in for a seriously comfortable cute home away from home.

We stayed in this home and it was fine. In a good location for our visit to the university but some small issues. We never heard from the owner - before, during or after. I asked a question in the app and never got a response. We arrived to a completely dark house. It was late and not welcoming at all. The house had what we needed but furnishings, including attic bed just on the floor left room for improvement. I did laundry in the washer but the dryer was broken so I had wet clothes to pack. This home wasn't a great fit for us.
