Dear Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad you enjoyed the house & everything it offered. The pool is spacious for a few adults or children enough to enjoy cooling off during the hot summer days & so convenient being right in the back yard! We make sure the pool is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week due to the overhanging trees dropping leaves & any extra debris being blown into the pool. It is frustrating when neighboring units are being extremely loud during nighttime hours. I hope any future noise complaints are reported to us so that we are able to contact the proper people to ensure everyone in the neighborhood enjoys their stay. Thank you, BBV
